Do you know what your life purpose is? Learn to live fully

Since we were little, we were created to please someone. As children, we try to mold ourselves to please parents, relatives and teachers. In adolescence, we adapt to make friends and win someone who attracts us. Finally, when we grow up, we give in to pressure from society, which often dictates rules of behavior and leads us to make choices, which are not always right. With all this pressure to be accepted, we end up forgetting our desires and dreams. What is your mission in this world? Who were you born to be? And the most important question: do you know what your life purpose is?

In today’s text, we will cover the following topics:

  • When you start to think
  • What does life purpose mean?
  • Purpose and direction
  • Beginning to understand the purpose of life
  • Tips to find your life purpose
  • It’s not easy, but it’s worth it

When you start to think

You may have wondered, at some point in your life, what the point is. Why are you here? What is life really about? Is it just receiving paychecks and paying bills? What’s the point of studying 15 years of our lives, working 80,000 hours and telling the next generation to do it all over again if we don’t even know why we’re doing it? There has to be a bigger purpose, right?

Believe me, there is much more you can do with your life. You don’t have to be in a life you don’t like, in a job that only bores you. You have unique talents that can make a difference to the world. It would be a loss to the world if he didn’t know who you really are. It is only necessary to take the first step.

What does life purpose mean?

Purpose means the reason for existence. Clear and simple. The purpose of life is the reason for its existence. That is why you are here on this earth.

So, when you are answering the question of your life’s purpose, you are really answering: Why do you exist? You have to decide your path and find an answer to that question.

Purpose and direction

So why would it make sense to define my life purpose? Because knowing your purpose will give you a clear direction in life.

If you know your purpose in life, you will gain clarity and benefit from an internal guidance system. And following this path will satisfy you with meaning in life. A meaning that you have defined for yourself. Your life purpose is like the ultimate goal you have in your life. It is your vision of how you want your life to be.

Beginning to understand the purpose of life

The people we know, the conversations we have, the programs we see, the books we read, everything around us has a strong influence on our lives. However, we do not take the time to assess the environment in which we live and do not make sure that they are aligned with our goals and life purposes. How do we define our purposes? Some people have them very clear, but others go through life without asking or finding.

You can find your life’s purpose by answering these simple questions:

  • Are you satisfied with your current life?
  • What inspires you?
  • What you enjoy doing? What do you love? What is unique and original about what you know?
  • Who do you do this for?
  • What do they want or need from you? How do people change or change as a result of what you have shared with them?

Tips to find your life purpose

For some lucky people, the call comes early, and they spend their days living out their dream. But what about the rest of us?

For those of us who found the purpose later in life (or for those who are still looking), all is not lost. Here are some tips that can help you:

1. Explore the things you love to do and what is easiest for you

We are all born with a deep and meaningful purpose that we have to discover. Your purpose is not something you need to do, it is already there. You can begin to discover your purpose by exploring two things:

  • What do you love to do?
  • What is easier for you?

Of course, you have to work to develop your talents – even the most talented musician still needs to practice – but it must seem natural. For example, I love working with the female audience, I love teaching, writing, training, developing seminars, workshops and courses on transformation and pompoirism .

These things are easy for me. Although I have spent many years learning to master these skills, I loved every minute of it. In other words, work is necessary, but suffering is not. If you are struggling and suffering, you are probably not living up to your purpose.

2. Find out what qualities you want to express to the world

First, ask yourself: what are the two qualities that I most like to express in the world? Mine are love and joy.

Second, ask yourself: what are the two ways I most like to express these qualities? Mine are to inspire and empower women.

3. Take action

You cannot just be thinking about how you will find the purpose for your life. You must act to find it. The more action you take, the clearer you will be in life. Stop asking so many questions. That will work? Should I be doing this? What happens if I don’t like it? Will I make enough money?

Yes, you cannot just take life and throw all caution to the wind. However, if you want to find your life purpose, you must act without thinking about it too much.

4- Use your heart

As mentioned above, many people want to think about every step they take. This will make you miss many of the opportunities that life has for you. It will cause you to miss many incredible things in life that could help you find your life’s purpose. Instead of using your head so much, start using your heart more often. Do things you like and things you love. Let yourself be inspired to take steps that will fill your life with passion. By bringing more joy into your life, you will find your purpose in life.

5- Helping others

When thinking about how you are going to find your life purpose, you probably think about yourself. However, when you start helping others, everything can become clearer in your life. You will be able to see what others go through in their lives and get out of their comfort zone a little. When you do this, something can light up inside you to tell you where to go.

6- Leaving aside regrets

You will not be able to find your life purpose if you are stuck in the past. Stop clinging to the regrets you have in life. Repentances prevent you from living the best life possible. Make a list of any regrets and write on paper. Then burn and let those regrets go out of your mind. This is a liberating exercise that allows you to move forward to find your way.

It’s not easy, but it’s worth it

Finding your life purpose doesn’t happen overnight. This happens with passion, motivation and a positive mindset. It is a journey for life. You will encounter frustrations and challenges along the way. Some days you will want to throw in the towel, feeling defeated.

It is okay to take one step at a time. It is normal to take a break and reevaluate what you are doing from time to time. And it’s okay to feel overwhelmed. Nothing worthwhile is easy. So don’t be discouraged and continue on your journey. Be who you were born to be. You will see how your life will change after that.
