Fortunately, the debate around Instagram’s so-called “ plastic fillers ” is particularly flourishing and influencers in every field seem to agree on the need for normalization of the body and physical defects.

Summarizing in a few words the psychosocial evaluations and the psychological impact on the youngest of the use (and abuse) of Instagram’s botox filters (and similar) would be demeaning. How to find it
To search and activate the Botox filter on Instagram, you must:

- Open the social applicationon your smartphone / tablet (Android or iOS, the procedure is the same);
- Access the internal camera ofthe social network, by swiping to the right on the feed or by tapping on the “ Your story ” icon (top left);
- Scroll and tap the “ Search Effects” option to enter the Effects Gallery;
- Tap the magnifying glass icon, type botoxor botulinoand confirm.

How to activate it
Once you have identified the Instagram botox filter that you would like to try, you just have to select it with a tap and choose the ” Try ” option , located at the bottom left. Rotate the camera towards you and shoot or “flip” your story, as I explained in the guide dedicated to ideas for Instagram stories .
At this point you have to choose whether:
- Publish the Story;
- Send it to one of your contacts (using the “Send to” option);
- Download it to the internal memory of your smartphone, to share it on other apps (e.g. on WhatsApp);
- Eliminate it.
How to create it

Why is it used
As anticipated a few lines above, the reasons for using a botox filter and, more generally, any other filter that modifies the somatic and / or body features are really the most varied : maybe you want to cover dark circles after a sleepless night , or you want to look younger and more toned than you really are.
In any case, it is undeniable that camera lenses are now abundantly used on Instagram. However, my advice is not to overdo it .
