IACuba 23. Cuban rice variety nominated in 1993 , obtained from the crossing of J-104 / ICA10 // J-104 / CIGUA Cuba , reaches an agricultural yield that exceeds 5.1 t / ha in the wet season and 7 , 3 t / ha in the dry season. Obtained by researchers from the Genetic Improvement department of the Grain Research Institute , entity responsible for producing its Original and Basic seed.
