How to turn off Siri on iPhone and iPad
Open System Preferences and go to Siri & Search. In the “Ask Siri” section, move all toggle switches to inactive position. Confirm by clicking the Turn off Siri button. Just below in the Siri Suggestions section, also deactivate all toggles.
By the way, starting with iOS 13.2 and iPadOS 13.2 it is possible to delete the accumulated history of requests from Apple servers. To do this, open Siri & Dictation History and click Delete Siri & Dictation History.
How to turn off Siri on Mac
In macOS Sierra and newer versions of the OS, the virtual assistant also works on Apple computers. Unlike mobile devices, it is almost completely useless here.
