How to Sign to PDF on Android Phone

PDF is one type of document that is commonly used for various kinds of important documents such as papers, theses, deeds, to ebooks .

If you currently work in an office that implements a paperless system , then Buddy Androbuntu must have often worked with PDF documents.

One of the main advantages of PDF documents is that they are much more difficult to modify, so they are also difficult to forge.

If you are working paperless and need to digitally sign PDF documents, you can follow the tutorial below.

You can use an Android phone to make the document signing process easier.

How to Add a Signature to a PDF Document on an Android Phone

Before following the tutorial below, make sure you have downloaded the Xodo application on your Android phone.

This application is what we will later use to sign our PDF files . If it has been downloaded, follow the tutorial below.

  1. First, please open the Xodo application on your Android phone. Then select the PDF document you want to sign.
  2. Once the PDF document is open, tap the pencil buttonin another row of menus.
  3. Then other options will appear. Please Buddy Androbuntu select the signature button. Looks like the image below.
  4. Then Xodo will open a page to put a signature. Please make a signature in the column provided using handwriting. If you have clicked ADD.
  5. After that the signature you made may be in an unwanted place. Take it easy, don’t panic. Click the hand iconto move the signature you have created.
  6. Then please move the signature to the place you want.
  7. Done.

After the signature is in the right place, you can immediately save the PDF document.

Then you can send it to your co-workers, boss, lecturer, or others.
