How to share multiple files at the same time?
Google Drive offers many functions to users such as creating online surveys and others . In addition, individually it allows you to share more than one file at the same time. Doing that on the platform is very simple.
If you are from your computer in Google Drive, press the ‘Shift’ key to be able to select more than two files for a user. Then click in the top right corner of the page you’re on and select the ‘Share’ option.
How to select the permissions that each user will have individually?
These permissions are also known as certain restrictions that you can place on your files before sharing them with other contacts. And these restrictions are that you choose if they can see, edit or comment; now we will detail each of these restrictions.
