How to see Facebook profile without friendship
Before explaining how to see Facebook profile if you are not friends from the app ( Android / iOS / iPadOS and Web platform , it is good to specify that – for obvious privacy reasons – it is possible to see without friendship only the profiles that decide to make their information public (posts, photos, profile details etc.) With that clarified, let’s take action!
See public information
The first solution you can use to see a Facebook profile without sending a friend request is to search for the profile of the person you are interested in on the social network, in order to see their public information (if available).
To do this, start the Facebook app or connect to its official website and log in to your account .
Once this is done, use the search engine (the magnifying glass icon ) to search for the profile of the person you are interested in, then click on the corresponding search result to view their profile.
At this point, all you have to do is explore the public information of the user in question, such as posts , publicly shared photos , friends list and profile information , through the appropriate tabs.
Follow a person
Another solution that allows you to see a person’s Facebook profile without sending him a friend request is the one that involves the use of the Follow button : if available, the latter allows you to stay updated on the content published by the person of your interest. without adding it to friends.
Following a person on Facebook is a very simple operation to perform both from a smartphone and from a computer: all you have to do is press the Follow button on their profile page . This will display its public content in your feed.
In case of second thoughts, you can stop following the person at any time, returning to their profile , pressing the Follow button and then the Unfollow item .

Create a second profile
The person of your interest has made his profile information private, so following the above instructions you have not succeeded in your intent? In this case, you could consider creating a second profile on Facebook and use it to add it as a friend, so as not to be “discovered” and still access his private information.
If you want to opt for this solution, you can create a second profile through the Facebook app for smartphones and tablets or from the Web ; either way, you can also go through the account linking process, so you can easily switch between them.
To register again with Facebook, press the menu icon on the right and then press the Exit button to disconnect. Once this is done, click on the Create a new Facebook account button ( Create new account , from computer), and perform the registration wizard. More info here .
At this point, to connect your main account to the second profile created, log out again using the Exit button and then, on the Facebook login screen , press the Login another account button ( Add account , from computer), in order to connect to the other account, choosing to save your login information if required.

At any time, if you wish, you can easily switch from one profile to another: to do this, press on your profile icon that will be shown in the upper right corner and then, in the menu that is shown to you, press on the ▼ icon ( View all profiles , from computer ).
