Although the magazine size is listed above as 1,000,000, it doesn’t actually have a magazine, so you don’t have to worry about recharging.
You do have to worry about overheating and cooling though, so use it sparingly and in short to medium bursts.
How to get Zyg and Choppy’s ray gun in Fortnite
To get the ray gun, you will have to defeat Zyg and Choppy in Hydro 16, located west of Misty Meadows.
Once you’re here, head inside the main building and inside you’ll find Zyg and his alien animal Choppy on his back.
Now all you have to do is defeat the pair and they will drop the Ray Gun.
Note that inside Hydro 16 you will find a series of small green alien eggs on the ground.
If you get too close, they will explode and the alien parasite will stick to your head, limiting your health to a maximum of 60. This can make fighting Zyg and Choppy very difficult, so keep your distance and aim to shoot. head to finish the fight quickly.
