How to find your passion in life

Here I come and knock again with a difficult question:

Have you found your passion?

Not?

If so, I can comfort you that you are not alone. I just read a survey that shows that 74% of the Swedish population do not know what their passion is.

The thing is that if you do not work to do more of what you want or dream of and do not plan for it, then life will soon hit you in the back of the head with a brick. It is your subconscious that hungers for the moment when duty disappears and you become engrossed in a challenge or a task – passion.

But how do you find your passion at seventeen?

Yes, it’s so ridiculously simple you can hardly believe it’s true. Here you get seven questions to answer that show you what you feel passion for.

1. What makes you smile?
Dare to do what makes you happy is a wonderful way to find out why you exist. Think of something that you do, or have done before, and that gives you a smile on your face.

2. What is easy for you?
What you think is easy to do will be related to your passion. It’s hard to hate something that you’re easy to do.

3. What starts your creativity?
Think of something in your life that always seems to make your horizons bigger, something that always gives you new, fun and exciting ideas. What makes you creative is guaranteed to be something you have a passion for.

4. What could you do for free?
Think of something that you would love to do even if you did not get paid for it. Think of something you look forward to doing, something you wish you could do all the time.

5. What do you like to talk about?
You may not be aware of this, but a good way to find out what is closest to your heart is to ask your friends. Ask them what they think you like to talk about the most, what topics make your eyes burn and what changes your behavior.

6. What makes you fearless of failure?
When you do what you have a passion for, you have total confidence in your abilities. This means that you are not worried about failure because you feel that you can not even fail when you do what you love to do.

7. What would you regret not having tried?
If you were at the end of your life, what would you regret not trying to do? What would you have liked to do that you did not get the chance to do?
