- Enter the WhatsApp app from your mobile device, it is recommended that the Android software is updated.

- Go to the 3 vertical dots that are in the upper right corner of the interface.
- Several options will be displayed, we choose the one that says “Files, links and docs”, there we are shown all the files shared with that contact.
It should be noted that multimedia files such as images and videos can also be stored in the internal memory of the phone, these can be viewed in the “WhatsApp” folder found in the gallery of our mobile device.
What should you do to share any WhatsApp file through an email?

- Enter the WhatsApp chat where you have the multimedia file to share.

On the other hand, if we want to share phone numbers or profiles, we must go directly to the contacts on our mobile device, then go to the phone number or profile that we want to share , then we hold it down and touch the share button.
As a consequence, several sharing methods appear, we choose the text one and select the email option, now it only remains to search and select the contact to whom we are going to send the information and press the send button.
Music, audios and conversations
On the other hand, if what we want to share are audiovisual files such as music, conversations and audios, we must choose them in the WhatsApp chat in which they are hosted , after this press and hold said file and go to the share option, we select the email in this case, then we look for the contacts and press the send button.

The only thing we will have to do is locate the link to share in the WhatsApp chats, this method can be performed both in the version of WhatsApp for mobile devices and in the version of WhatsApp web, this process is carried out following a series of steps, which are shown below.
Using the app
- First we enter the chat in which the link we want to share is found.
- After we have located it, we proceed to copy it.
- Then we log into our email from the mobile app.
- We look for the contact to whom we are going to send the link.
- We paste the link that we copied previously and press the send button.
With the web version
- We activate the WhatsApp web from the browser and link it to our phone.
- We look for the chat where the link to share is hosted.
- We copy it and enter our email from our computer.
- We select the contacts to whom we will send the link and paste our link in the message.
