How to earn elektrum in Immortals Fenyx Rising

Elektrum is one of the most distinctive elements of Immortals Fenyx Rising as it is not like Zeus’ lightning bolt, Charon’s coins or other currencies in the game. This can only be achieved in a certain way, which can be quite disconcerting for some. Here’s how to get the elektrum in Immortals.

How to earn elektrum in Immortals Fenyx Rising

To earn the elektrum in Immortals, players must perform live assignments for Hermes in the Hall of the Gods in the Valley of Eternal Blossoms. After placing himself in that divine palace away from Typhon’s gaze, Hermes will show the player a game board with two columns. The one on the left is full of basic tasks and those can earn all the other game currencies like Ambrosia and Charon Coins. The one on the right under the live activity header is what elektrum distributes.

These are, as the name implies, live, which means they go in and out of the loop and require an internet connection. Players cannot do this offline. These challenges rotate in and out every few hours or days, depending on when they are completed. They contain a variety of different missions such as killing specific enemies, collecting materials, competing or completing vaults with certain limitations.

All only distribute a small amount of elektrum but some, such as vault restrictive ones, distribute graduated amounts of elektrum based on how well the task is done. These activities must first be accepted and then the icon will appear on the map, as seen in the image above. Once completed, players must return to the Hermes board and deliver them for their reward.

Elektrum can only be earned through these tasks and spent in Hermes’ constantly cycling shop. The items in the shop can be expensive, but they make special tools and cosmetics.
