- Click the Start button, click the gear icon to access Settings,and then click the Privacy tab .
- Go to the left column and scroll to the Application Permissionsheading . You will see that one of the sections is Click on it.
- The first thing you have to do is make sure that access to the camera is enabled in the Allow access to the camera on this device section. Otherwise, no program will be able to use this component. If it says that it is deactivated, click on the Change button .
- The box in the Allow applications to access the camera mustalso be activated . Enable it if it isn’t.
