How to clear a jam in an All – in-One Printer
Turn off the printer and disconnect the power. Allow any remaining charge to wear off before putting your hands or metal objects inside the frame.

Pin down the exact location of the jam. The three hot spots for a jam are the paper tray, anywhere between the input tray and the print carriage, or between the print carriage and the output tray.

Remove the front tray paper if the paper got stuck while it was still in the front area of the printer. If the paper is jammed here, you should be able to see most of the paper.

Pull the sheet with both hands and constant pressure. Do not pull as it could tear the paper, leaving a piece of it deeper in the machine.

Open the rear panel to reach the jammed paper between the input tray area and the print carriage of the all-in-one printer. Carefully remove the jammed paper from the machine.

Use the carriage access door to reach a further jam inside the all-in-one printer. You may need to move the print carriage out of your way to clear the jam.
