In case the web loads and allows us to register and we can access our private account, then it is time to continue with the intention of canceling Movistar + Lite:
- Once we log in to the screen that we see below, we access our profile in Movistar + Lite.
- A menu appears on the left, we must click on “My Subscription” . And we see all the details of the subscription that we have, both the channels, the price, the collection period, the end date of the promotion, etc.
- We direct our gaze to the lower right and click on “Unsubscribe” .
- Next, a dialog box that is the same or similar to the one shown in our screenshot below appears.
- We click on “Unsubscribe” and we would already be out of the Movistar + Lite service. An important piece of information is that they allow us to access the service until the end of the trial period , the promotion ends, the payment date arrives, etc.
