To watch Movistar Plus+ from your mobile, tablet, computer or Smart TV, you have to contract any Movistar Plus+ commercial modality and activate the ‘Movistar Plus+ on your devices’ service, free for operator customers. To do this, you have to create an account with a username (email) and a password that will allow you to watch Movistar Plus+ both at home and from outside it.
You have two ways to activate it, either on a computer from the movistarplus.es/devices website or directly on your mobile from the ‘Mi Movistar’ app:
- From the Movistar website: enter your private Movistar area and identify yourself by entering your username (DNI) and password. Access ‘My Profile’, click on the ‘Movistar Plus+ on devices’ > ‘My user’ section and a screen will appear where you will have to enter an email.
- From the Mi Movistar app: identify yourself with your access credentials (if requested), go to ‘My Profile’, enter the ‘My Movistar Plus+ user on devices’ section and enter an email.
In both cases, the email address will be your access user and that is where you will receive an email with a provisional access password and the steps to change that password for another that is easier for you.

How to download content from Movistar+ to watch them offline on your mobile or tablet
To change your username, access ‘My username’, delete the current email, enter the new one and click the ‘Save’ button. You will receive a new email in that email with the temporary password and the steps to change it.
When you have your username and password, you only have to download the Movistar Plus+ application on a compatible device and identify yourself in it. This app is compatible with iOS 11 or higher (no jailbreak) and Android 5.0 or higher (at least the device must have a Dual Core processor and 1 GB of RAM). You can also enter the Movistar Plus+ website through a compatible browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera).
Conditions and restrictions to take into account
If you have a Fiber/ADSL decoder, whenever you are at home, you can enjoy Movistar Plus+ on devices without having to enter the passwords . When you are away, you must use your username and password to view the contents of Movistar Plus+ on your mobile or tablet.

Once the user has been activated, Movistar Plus+ allows you to identify yourself with your passwords on up to five devices : the fifth you link will replace the first you registered and so on. In addition to the decoder, you will be able to play Movistar Plus+ content simultaneously within the home on three devices connected to the WiFi network or to the router; and away from home, on an additional device.

Also keep in mind that the Movistar Plus+ app can be used in the countries of the European Union , Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, but not in the rest of the world. And not all features are available on all devices: On smartphones and tablets, only those running iOS 12 or higher and Android 8 or higher will be able to download the latest update .
