- Open the Signal app on your phone.
- Select the camera iconlocated in the lower right side of the application.
- Select the image you want to blur. You also have the option to take a new photo.
- Once you have selected the image, you should go to the top and select the “Blur” icon.
- Go to the bottom of the app and select the option to ‘Blur faces’. To activate this option you must slide the date.
- After activating the “Blur faces” option, the application will do the blurring process on the faces in the photo that it recognizes by default.
- In the event that the application has not recognized all the faces, you must select the image area where a facethat you want to blur is located.
- If you made a mistake blurring an area of the photo, you just have to click on the back icon that is in the upper right. This will allow you to return the actions you have previously done.
- Once you have finished blurring the photo, you must confirm that you have finished editing by pressing the checklist icon in the upper left.
- To share your photo, you’ll need to go to the top right and select the send icon, which looks like an arrow.
- You will then need to select the Signal account chats you want to send this image to.
- Then you will have to confirm this action by pressing the arrow icon in the lower right corner.
- Once the image has been submitted, you will notice that the image is displayed with a faded face.
