(Remember that C: is the disk where your Windows is installed. If your Windows is installed on any other disk, replace C: with that disk)
Step 2: Find the “WSReset.exe” in the open System32 folder. Right click and select “Run as administrator”.
Step 3: Select “Yes” in the opened pop-up window.
Step 4: Let the task finish and restart your Windows store app.
Method 2: create a new folder to store the Windows Store cache
Step 1 : Click My Computer / This PC on your desktop. Enter the directory:
C: Users <username> AppData Local Packages Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe LocalState
You can simply paste this directory into the address bar of your browser. Don’t forget to replace <username> with your account username. Just to remind you again here, C: is the disk your Windows is installed on.
Step 2: Now check if there are any cache folders available in the open directory. If present, rename that folder to ‘cache.old’.
Step 3: Create a new folder called ‘cache’ in the same directory.
Step 4: Once you finish doing all the above steps, close all open applications and folders and restart your PC. Try using the Windows Store app. This could solve your Windows Store cache problem. If you still face the same problem, move on to the next method.
Method 3: Reserver the Windows Store app
There is a simple rule that most users follow. If any software or application is not working properly or is not working properly, please restart it. Here, we have a problem with the Windows Store app. So by resetting it, your problem might be solved.
Step 1 : Press “Windows Key + I” on your keyboard and open the settings. Now go to the applications section.
Step 2: Choose the app from the Microsoft store from the list of available apps. Then click on the Advanced option.

Method 6: uninstall built-in apps from the Windows Store
Interference between the built-in Windows apps and the Windows Store app can cause a problem in the caching process. This could be the reason why the Windows Store cache might be corrupted.
Step 1: First of all, right click on the start button in the lower left corner of your screen. Select “Windows PowerShell (Administrator)”. Click “Yes” in the opened dialog. PowerShell will open.
Step 2: Now type the following command in PowerShell.
Get-AppxPackage * zunevideo * | Remove-AppxPackage
Step 3: Finally, close the PowerShell. Now reboot your system and confirm that the Movies & TV app has been uninstalled. If uninstalling this app doesn’t work, try uninstalling another Windows app.
