Microsoft identified an issue causing the PC blue screen restart error shortly after installing Windows 10.

They released the cumulative update for Windows 10 on August 18, 2015, which includes a fix that prevents customers who have not yet tried to restart their PC from experiencing this error.

This is why you need to make sure you have installed the latest updates before doing a PC restart. The best way to make sure your PC is up to date is to enable Automatic Update.

The update, however, does not resolve the PC blue screen reboot error for those who have already encountered it
