Respected Board of Directors, colleagues and friends. I am very happy to be given the chance to speak as CEO on my retirement from ABC multinational company. I welcome all of you on this difficult but special occasion.
I have spent ten years with many of you in this company as an executive officer. It is heartening to admit that you provided me with the best working conditions and environment to perform my duties and responsibilities. Today the company is in a highly profitable position and is well managed by all of you. Thus I feel that this is the best time to retire from my position and now other young and charismatic leaders should come forward and take over the company.
During my tenure at this company, I had the opportunity to learn many things that have helped me in both my professional and personal life. I met and made many friends who helped me. I learned various important skills like management ability, time management, honesty and teamwork. It is clearly evident that we have achieved success by working together as a team and have earned many awards because of our dedication and motivation towards reaching our goal as a multinational company. Thus I can definitely claim that my success in this company is due to the support of all of you.
I am very happy to claim that our company is a leader in the present times. This is all because we are working as a team and respect each person in the organization irrespective of the value and role of the company. On this special moment I express my sincere gratitude to all my colleagues for ensuring that the company has grown beyond the set expectations. Nothing was possible without the support, hard work and dedication of my team as well as other co-employees. Today I am also a bit sad because I will miss you all and the friendly atmosphere of the company.
I remember the time when the company was severely damaged and the shareholders became conflicting with the company, only the board directors and my colleagues supported me and motivated me. That time was a time of great challenge for us and it was through your dedication and unconditional support that we reached a position where we are making huge profits today.
This company has been my dream and my only wish was that this company should grow every day. We have achieved success, but it is important that we maintain this success for years to come. In fact, it can beautify it with many more accolades and recognition. ABC multinational company takes pride in being associated with all its dedicated customers and employees.

Hello everyone, my love! Respected teachers and my dear students! I hope you all know that we gathered here to say my last goodbye as it is the day of my retirement from the principal position of our ABC school.
It has been more than 15 years since I have been associated with this prestigious school and now it is needless to say that my never-ending relationship with this institution has developed. So it seems a little difficult to leave my duties and responsibilities at this time. However I would like to say a few lines to share things about my journey as Principal of ABC School before retiring from my post. My journey to school was really exciting and enriching but also challenging. Since it was not possible for me to shoulder the responsibilities of the entire school, I personally thank my school Vice Principal Dr. Shanti Devi as well as my faculty members for standing with me in the process of career building and shaping. I would like to give which will later become the future of our nation.
I would also like to mention here my students who have not only performed well in their field of education but also in other activities. It would not be wrong to say that I would have been like a ship without the support of our school teachers, which is a directionless ship with no anchor. Whatever I am today is only because of you and because of all of you, I could be endowed with the ability to work towards the development of the school and take it to new heights. We can proudly say that today our school has achieved increasing heights of success and our school has received statewide greetings and awards due to everyone’s hard work.
So what better time than this time when I can retire happily from my post. I expect everyone present here to successfully achieve new goals and bring the name of our school to the world. After spending a memorable time here, creating an atmosphere of friendship and seeing incredible successes, I am retiring with satisfaction in my heart. There are some special moments that will always be close to my heart.
Although I do not know whether I will be able to win your heart or not, but one thing I can bet is that you all have shown a display of team spirit in every trouble over the years. I could feel free to depend on my teachers and students, whether it be the task of hosting an event in our school, organizing a workshop or arranging a guest visit. You have met all my expectations every time.
I pray to God for a bright future for all my dear students and a prosperous career for my staff and faculty. Keep going with the earlier pace and remain passionate and enthusiastic to achieve something bigger and better in life.

Hello guys how are you all?
Today all of us have gathered here to be part of a very special, bitter and sweet occasion. Thank you to all of you for arranging such a big farewell party for me. You have done your best to make my last day in this office as memorable as you have done during previous years.
It is my pleasure that I got the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful and lovely people with whom I worked during my tenure at this company. I am telling you from the bottom of my heart that I have shared memories with you many times, made new friends and enjoyed incredible successes. All this has been an extraordinary part of my life.
I am very happy to say that each one of you, whether you are a board of directors, my colleague or my friend, has given me the best working environment and freedom with my confidence to perform my duties. . All of you have strengthened my thoughts by believing in me. I feel proud to say that the support, appreciation, encouragement and support from each of you is the main reason for establishing my career in this company. I just don’t have enough words to thank.
Now I have the time and freedom to work eagerly to pursue my hobbies and interests, such as writing, travel and going out with my family and friends.
Members of my beloved team I am so proud that we have achieved so much together and it was a time that I can never forget. We have touched new heights by working in harmony as a company. My career has been very challenging and rewarding. I have given my best in every work, which in turn has been praised by my management. I have a shortage of words to thank the people, especially the board directors, for all my help, especially at a time when things were quite challenging. good Morning dear friends. Thank you for joining me on my retirement day. At this time, it is time for me to summarize my tenure and say goodbye to all of you.
Today I am standing in front of you and I am happy that many of you took time out for me to think about this retirement ceremony.
I am here to share with you my gratitude for my time spent in this company. It has undoubtedly been a long journey. During this tenure I have been able to create my own. It has been a period during which I have become more courageous, kind and enthusiastic than before. Thank you very much for everything I am today because of you. Your love, affection, care and knowledge have made me so capable today.
