The first place in the ranking of the largest energy companies in the world is reserved for RDSA with a market capitalization value of 199.41 billion, followed by a large advantage by Total and BP with a market capitalization value of 115, 89 and 105.11 billion respectively.
In general, 2017 started well, however it has been deflating with the passing of the months. Only 3 companies have been able to register increases in the stock market so far in 2017. OMV, Repsol and Marathon Petroleum have been the only ones benefiting from increases of 26%, 9% and 2% respectively.
