It is important that this food should be kept in a clean, dry container with a lid, preferably in the refrigerator. It can be used both for breakfast and snacks as well as for lunch and meals, as a main course or as a dessert. The daily ration is 50 grams, which is equivalent to approximately six tablespoons.

Ingredients

Cereal: 3 tablespoons (25 grams).
