Prologue
This is a very short mission where you will go through the market and sneak up to the truck. During this mission, you can unlock the first two secrets, because this level is made in such a way that you will not miss them, even if you really want to.
At the beginning of the mission, approach the little girl. While walking through the market, you don’t have to look for items to collect because it’s a very linear stage. You only need to stop once to take a photo.
A little later, Chloe realizes that the little girl in the market stole her artifact. Luckily, you don’t need to take any extra steps. When the girl returns the artifact, press the triangle and the artifact will return to your inventory, and you will receive a note about it.
Keep following the storyline. After leaving the market, you will find yourself next to the palace, where there will be several military trucks. The little girl will automatically distract one of the guards. After that, you need to run behind the truck and climb inside. Don’t try to explore the area because the truck will leave and you will fail the mission. After Chloe gets into the truck, the prologue will end.
First chapter
This is a fairly easy level that starts with walking around the city. You can take different paths, but they all lead to the same place. During this mission, you will need to covertly eliminate several enemies and explore various game mechanics.
Start going down the road. At the beginning of this mission, you don’t need to carefully explore all the nooks and crannies, because there will be no additional secrets here. Try not to get too close to the rebels. At first they will push you away, but if you are pushy, they will start shooting. A little further you will see a checkpoint. Go there and watch the cutscene.
After the cutscene, you will be able to control Chloe again. Continue your adventure. After a while, you will need to crouch to get under the fence. Eventually you will reach an alleyway with two gunmen. Find the nearest cover and hide there. Wait until the first enemy approaches you and use melee to knock him out without being noticed. After that, squat down to the second enemy and also neutralize. Walk forward until you find a red door. Do not be distracted by the fighters on the left side, but focus on picking the lock. Here will be the first mini-game. She is very simple. Move the left analog stick until it vibrates and immediately hold that position until Chloe has dealt with the lock. There will be two more such mini-games and after successful completion, you can safely enter the building.
You will find yourself on the first floor, and you need to get to the upper floors. You have two ways of doing things that won’t affect anything. The first option is to use a ladder. The second option is to start climbing the ruined part of the building.
The building is patrolled by three militants. Use the walls and environment for cover. Try to stealthily sneak up on the militants and eliminate them quickly. If you are noticed, you will not have to replay the mission again, but they can shoot you.
You need to get to the roof of the building and again you have two options. The first option is to get to the window (one of the three guards will be there), then turn left onto the ledge and use the stairs. The second option is to find another ladder that leads to the roof.
Once on the roof, do not rush to run to the other side. Explore the area as there is a treasure here.
After finding the secret, look for a ladder that will help you climb to the highest part of the roof. Watch the cutscene. Press the triangle when enemies appear and then keep beating them in hand-to-hand combat.
Don’t worry about the fact that the enemies outnumber you. Nadine (script) will join you soon. She will help finish off the remaining rebels. If Nadine is grabbed during a fight, then hit the enemy so that he will let her go. Don’t forget about it. The first chapter will end after protecting the roof.
Second chapter
This mission is very easy. Most of the stages of this mission rely on exploration and I would advise you not to rush if you do not want to miss the treasure. Toward the very end, the passage becomes more difficult, because you need to run away and reach a safe place without stopping in one place for too long.
City
At the very beginning of the mission, you must go to the part of the roof that is shown in the screenshot below. There you can find a place to take a photo.
After you take the photo, go to the stairs and help Nadine up to unlock the path ahead. Then jump to the adjacent rooftop. After the jump, you will begin to slide down and you will have to make another jump (at the right moment) in order not to crash.
Stand facing the wall next to the working neon signs and jump in its direction. Hooking on the ledge, start climbing the pipe. Get to the top level and move to the left to jump down to the first neon sign. After that, keep moving from sign to sign until you reach the roof of the building.
Once on the new roof, walk up to the wall and start moving left along the narrow ledge – then jump up to the top chimney and climb up to the balcony. You can get to the next location in two ways. In the first method, you will jump on neon signs. In the second way, you can climb to the roof, and then jump to the next one.
As a result, you will find yourself on a new roof. Take your time and explore the area on the right. There will be a treasure (1/5).
After that, you can catch the rope and go down to the roof of the smaller building. There will be a guard here. Approach from the back and cut it down, then you can examine the small hut in which the guard was located. There will be another treasure (2/5).
Also inside the wooden hut will be a chest on wheels that can be moved. Pull it outside and place it next to the tin hut. Now you can use this chest to climb to the roof. After that, jump in the direction of the nearby yellow building and climb onto its roof.
Walk along the new ledge and get to the new neon signs, which will be a little further. Jump over the tallest neon sign and when you reach a new wall, go straight ahead until you reach a vertical drainpipe. Use it to go upstairs and find another chest on wheels there. Move it a bit and explore the place where the chest originally stood, as there will be a treasure (3/5).
You can now return to the chest and continue pushing it. You have to drag it to the bottom of the roof where Nadine is. During this action, part of the roof is accidentally destroyed. Go carefully and when you find yourself on the lower floor – move only straight ahead.
Next you have a couple of vital jumps. After them go on the left side. When you are in place, you can take another treasure (4/5), which will lie at the end of the dark corridor.
Explore the building until you reach new metal elements that hang over the abyss. There will be a fairly easy climb, at the end of which you will find yourself behind the back of a guard. Grab him by the scruff of the neck and throw him into the abyss.

Having reached the edge, you can decide where you will move after the descent – to the left or to the right. The direction doesn’t matter, because your goal is to get to the upper floors. Climb to the balcony and approach the closed door. Complete the mini-game with the opening of the castle. As a result, you will be able to enter the warehouse.
Composition
There are several interactive artifacts in the warehouse, viewing of which is optional. But it is worth exploring the area carefully, because there will be a treasure here (5/5).

The escape
In the last part of the mission, you must escape from the uprising fighters who start shooting at Chloe and Nadine. Don’t stay in one place for too long, especially if you’re playing on higher difficulty levels, because even cover won’t save you. When escaping, you must use ropes and jump onto nearby rooftops.
During the escape, a cutscene will play. After that, you will again run away from enemy fire. During the second part of the escape, you need to jump at the right moment as you slide down the steep rooftop. In addition, there will be several moments in the game in which you need to climb very quickly on hanging objects – they are on fire and can collapse at any moment, so try not to make mistakes. The chapter ends while sliding down the tightrope.
Third chapter
During the passage of this mission, you will have access to a jeep, but the route will be quite linear. By the end of the mission, you will encounter a large group of mercenaries, but you can take them out with stealth without raising the alarm. However, if you start shooting like Rambo, then no one will be upset by this.
Trip to small ruins
After the beginning of the chapter, do not leave your place, but rather drive to the viewpoint to take a photo (1/3). Once you take a picture, you can move on. The path is linear and you will come to a bridge or a pier. It will collapse, and you need a way to get to the jeep.
Turn right and go down. Look at the interactive device and press L1 to use the hook for the first time. With this hook, you can easily reach Nadine.
Get in the jeep and go. It will be quite a long trip. Do not be afraid to get lost – when you start to climb up the river, then stones will appear on the road that will prevent any detour or detour.
I advise you to stop the jeep when you are near the water. There you can meet a group of flamingos. Don’t go to the mountains, just get out of the car and find a place to shoot (2/3). The game will only let you take a picture if the flamingos don’t get scared and fly away. Next, you’ll have to use the winch on the jeep’s front bumper to unlock the large gate. Activate it, take the wire and go to the gate. Interact with the gate and start winding the rope.
After your actions, several enemies will appear. Find cover and start shooting back. This will be a small group, so you can handle them easily. Do not forget to inspect the bodies of defeated enemies after the battle. One of them will have a grenade. After the firefight, examine the high blocks that are to the left of the ruins.
There you will find a collapsed wall. Throw a grenade there to completely destroy it. Behind the destroyed wall there will be a small safe in which you will find a treasure (2/4). Now you can return to the jeep. Turn back and step on the gas. Do not release the pedal until the gate is torn out. Now you have a new entrance to continue your journey.
Search and exploration of large ruins
When exploring a new part of the jungle, stop the jeep at the place where there are two small waterfalls. Get out of the car and look around. Go towards the waterfall as there will be a secret cave where you can find a treasure (3/4).
Return to the jeep and drive on. You need to get to the muddy hill. Then there will be a very difficult section, during which the car will often skid. I advise you to choose the optimal speed from the very beginning so that there are no problems with this section.
In the end, Chloe and Nadine will find themselves near large ruins, where there will be a lot of opponents. Unlike past enemies, these enemies are unaware of your arrival and are busy patrolling the area as usual. So you can eliminate them one at a time, quietly and discreetly. If you choose this option, then try to be close to abundant vegetation and eliminate enemies one by one. You can start your elimination from the hill and go around the opponents to the left or right – in order to backstab.
If the shootout does start, then sit in cover and shoot back from there. Also, try to avoid white gas canisters, as they explode when fired. Regardless of your actions, you must not forget about the guard who is at the very top of the ruins. If possible, remove it with a pistol with a silencer.
When you find yourself in the large ruins, you can unlock two secrets. The first one is the box shown in the screenshot above. The casket lies in the back of the truck and is guarded by one person. Deal with him and break into the castle. The box will also contain a pistol with a silencer.
To open the second secret, you need to deal with the guards. After that, go to the location indicated in the screenshot and find the filming location (3/3).
In order to get out of this place you need to reach a small gate. Pay attention to the horizontal beams. On them you can get to the balcony. There will be a mechanism – when interacting with it, two passages will open. Nadine will drive the car through the open gate and you will use the top entrance. To the right of the jeep you can find another treasure (4/4). After that, return and continue the trip. On this note, the third chapter will end.
Fourth chapter
In the fourth chapter, you will have a lot of time to complete tasks and explore the world. It is very different from the previous three – it is very large and the player can complete the main and side tasks in any order. In this article, I will talk about the basic and side quests that you can complete in the fourth chapter.
Required Tasks
Your first task is to reach the three forts. You can do it in any order:
- Parashumara Fort (bow and arrows)
- Shivi Fort (axe)
- Ganesh Fort (Trident)
The actions for each fort are absolutely identical. First you look for a way to the fort, then you start to explore it, solve puzzles and eliminate the enemies that are in this fort. A visit to the fort ends with the discovery of mysterious circular mechanisms on a hill – an example of such a device can be seen above.
After visiting all the forts and solving all the riddles, you can go to the huge Khalibid Gate, which is located in the northwestern part of the Gate map. After opening this gate, you can immediately go to the fifth chapter.
side quests
If you decide to do the side quests, then you will need to explore the tower, which is located in the center of the map, north of the starting point. This building will be marked on Chloe’s map from the very beginning of the chapter. You need to climb to the top of this tower in order to mark the most important places in this location from there. There are small ruins around the perimeter, but there are no enemies there. Drive up to the tower and get out of the car to start your ascent to the top of the tower. During your ascent to the tower, you will have to use the grappling hook. You need to get to a round room with numbered doors. Visit all the rooms to find the most important places around the area (three forts, Khalibid Gate, and ruins with a token map). After receiving important information, you can leave this tower using the elevator.
A more interesting activity is visiting the ruins in the northern part of the map. In these ruins you can find a token map thanks to which you will find tokens. Eleven tokens will help you get a valuable artifact – the queen’s ruby.
There are a lot of secrets in this location: nineteen hidden treasures, nine places for taking photos, four optional dialogues and eleven caskets.
Fifth chapter
After passing through the huge stone gate, go forward to reach the statue of Ganesha. Walk on the right side. It will be a long walk. You will need to cross the mountain with a rope. After that, go right and forward until you see a waterfall, and then jump down. On the left you can take an ancient box. Go to the right, and then with the help of a tree and a rope, get to a cave in the mountains. Jump left to the edge of the mountain and then climb into the cave.
On the right side of the cave, climb the mountain. Go upstairs and jump to the left. Then turn right and use the tree to swing on the statue’s arm. Climb up and then use the neck ornament to move along the left side. After falling, move along the left side and jump onto the tree branch in order to get to the second hand. Nadine will help you climb to the top.
Climb the next tree and then land next to the hand. Move your hand up. Now you need to use the rope to swing towards the right hand. You will have to catch the lower part of the weapon that the statue is holding. In the future, you will see a ring on the last finger of the statue’s hand. Keep climbing the ax while the statue is holding it.
After climbing up, look for a tree on the right side. With it, you can swing to another tree on the left side, and then climb up. Climb onto the crown and move along the back of the head. Eventually you will find the entrance to the cave at the head of the statue. Enter and go to the left cave. There will be another massive cave here. Use the tree in front to advance further. On the last platform, you will see a locked door. To the left of the right door you will see a hole in the wall. The next room will have a fire torch in the center. There will be a broken wall on the right, jump there and go into the next room filled with skeletons. Go to the door on the right, light will come out from there, or rather from a broken wall. Go further and in the next room a riddle will await you.
The riddle is very simple. There will be two paintings on the left and two paintings on the right. The left picture depicts Shiva giving an ax to Parashurama. The right picture shows Parashurama grinding the tusk of Ganesha. On the left there will be three switches, when you click on them, the puzzle starts to move. You have to move it so that both images are covered by the shadow. After that, the door will open. Follow the diagram below to solve the puzzle and you won’t have any problems.
The numbers are the switches you need to pull. For example, the number 1 is the 12th switch, which is located to the left of the Fire Torch. This way you can easily solve this puzzle. In the next room, Chloe uses the artifact she stole from Asav and the artifact will turn into Shiva’s eye. After the removal of the artifact, the building will begin to collapse. You need to get up very quickly before you get overwhelmed. Use round structure for fast lifting. Then jump towards Nadine.
Chloe and Nadine come to the conclusion that the tusk of Ganesh is the greatest treasure in Belur and that the old capital is not in Halebid. Go right, swim with the current until you cross the stone wall and use the tree to move forward to the next platform. Ahead you will see an Asav soldier. I advise you to deal with all the warriors first, because they will not let you go further. If you have a sniper rifle, then the soldiers will not be a problem, and the only problem will be the car. Use the rope to save yourself from falling off the platform. After finishing with the soldiers, follow Nadine inside the monument. After the fall, take the right path, then turn into the left cave to get to another room. Climb up the metal gate to reach a room with a broken wall.
Fight with Asav
Climb up the wall where you will see sunlight. Here you will have to fight Asav. This is unarmed hand-to-hand combat. You need to dodge his attacks. Do not try to hit him, as this is a useless undertaking. If you get hit a lot, you will be defeated. Dodge all attacks and eventually he will throw you and Nadine into the water. At the end of the stream, you must use the rope to get hooked, otherwise you will fall and die.
Asav took possession of the artifact. Follow Nadine. Turn right and go upstairs. Keep moving around the edges and you will find a lever. He will open a new area where you will see Nandi – the gatekeeper of Shiva. Nadine also finds a photograph of Sam Drake. After a fight with Chloe, Nadine leaves the place along with the car.
Chapter 5 ends on this sad note. Chloe lost the Eye of Shiva, Nadine left her and now she is all alone.
sixth chapter
After the encounter with Nadine, you lost a lot of strength. Keep running, you can go down the right side where there will be a waterfall. Walk along the muddy mountain and swing from the edge of the mountain to fall into the water. You will reach a place with a river, turn right and go up. Cross the bridge and go up the stairs on the left. There will be a locked door here. Climb to the right, inside there will be a box with weapons. Inside the room, you will have to blow up the wall with a bomb. Go ahead and hide in the grass.
Asav soldiers appeared in the area. You can stay in the grass, don’t raise the alarm and don’t kill the enemies. There is also an armored vehicle here. First, start killing the soldiers upstairs. You can also find a rocket launcher there. You can also use grenades. As a result, you will find Nadine, defeat the soldiers and pull the lever to open a passage in the cow statue.
Nandi statue
Go inside the statue and go down the stairs on the right. This will take you to an area with plantations and a waterfall. Keep moving down, and then turn left, where there will be a passage that will take you further inside the temple. Ahead of your attention will appear stuck elephant. Go to the back of the elephant and Chloe, along with Nadine, will try to save him. Ride it and collect some plants to feed the animal. This is a short trip. As a result, the elephant will jump into the pond, and you will go on foot.
Go to the right side of the waterfall, you can also find an item here. Climb up the stairs and see some crates. There will be explosives and weapons. As soon as the road ends, you will see a small temple in front of you. Jump in and take some photos. After that, jump to the left, go up and find the coin in the cave. You need to reach the top of the mountain. Follow the path until you see a huge metal rod and a monkey, use the rope and then go left. At this point, the sixth chapter ends.
seventh chapter
Asav’s soldiers will be in the city. Go left and jump onto one of the pillars. You will hear the voice of the soldiers, you can shoot them directly from the column, but there is a problem – these are rocket launchers. There will be even more soldiers inside, so try to be very careful and think about every step.
Fight with soldiers
After you find yourself in another area, there will be even more soldiers. I advise you to immediately kill the man behind the machine gun so that there are fewer problems. Move forward and enter the center of the building. You will reach an open area with waterfalls. Jump onto the rock and climb up, then jump to your right. Enter the passage and exit on the other side in order to climb up. After you pass the large stone face, climb up and use the tree in front to swing the rope to the top of the passage you used before. Climb up and then go forward on the right side. Keep walking until you see a ladder.
After the explosion, examine the entrance, which is now blocked, then go on the left side, there are other stairs that will help you climb up and enter through a small window. Make your way through the narrow area and then land in a room with a large pond where the soldiers and Asav will be. Jump into the pond and dive down, after that swim into the left passage and go to the stairs on the right side, and then turn left. This way you will find a place with ancient items. In the center there will be a drum and a huge tusk. After the cutscene, you will find yourself in a large hall with water.
Shiva statue
Jump into the water to get to the other side. Climb up and see a passage on the left, go through it. The next path will be on the left – near the pink flowers, you can climb up and jump far ahead on the next mountain. Follow Nadine. She will push Chloe into the water and help her up. Cross the narrow passage and you will reach a huge space with a waterfall. You can take pictures of stone carvings. Dive below the stone statues, then turn right. Swim through the cave and find yourself in the throne room, where there will be a statue of Shiva. Pass to the statue and iditol to the left, in front there will be a stone column on which it will be possible to rise. Climb up the stairs and then climb to the right. At the top there will be a lever that you need to turn. Walk along the arm of the statue and go upstairs, and continue walking only on the other arm, who is holding a trident, then go straight ahead – until you see another lever. Use it and the trident will rise. You will have a limited time during which you need to quickly walk over the trident until it returns to its original position.
At the end you will see a lock, turn it and it will release water that will flow down. Use it to quickly get down and then use the rope to land on your other hand. Jump from where Nadine is standing and then climb up to the end of the corridor. There will be another lever here. Pull it and the drum will lower. Jump to the side and climb up. When the drum returns, jump forward and climb up. There will be another switch here that turns on the water. Go through the open door and go left. There is a third switch, right on top of the statue’s head. Use it, and he will bring both hands to each other.
Go to the area where the light comes from the third eye of Shiva. Rotate the statue so that it is facing Shiva. You need to make sure that the beam of light is reflected on the mirrors of all the statues. In the latter case, the statue is broken and you need to go and get this mirror. Nadine will pick it up for you and then turn around and finish this puzzle.
Now you are expected to fight with the soldiers of Asav. Try to stay in cover and run away from the bombs. Follow Nadine. Don’t stay in one place because you can die very quickly. Eventually Chloe and Nadine will fall and Asav will capture them. The villain uses the disk and opens a new path. Follow him.
Puzzle of Parashurama and Ganesh
Asav will take you to the room where the statues of Parashurama and Ganesha will be. Walk a little further and you will see a switch with a large gear. And this mechanism is not alone. If you press them one by one, you will see two pictures. After that, use the disc to place the pattern between them. The picture will show that Ganesha did not attack and you need to place this in the picture. After that, Parashurama will change the position of the weapon. Now place Ganesha’s hands in the middle of the picture. If you do everything right, a tusk will appear.
It’s time to get out of captivity. Free yourself first, then your friends. On this note the seventh chapter ends. Asav takes the tusk and wants to sell it, while Chloe wants to stop him.
Chapter Eight
Once the chapter starts, drop down and go right. Pass through the stream of water and jump further. Keep moving and climb up the right side. At some point there will be a big water drop, slide down and then jump from the left side. Head up and find a path blocked by tree roots, then follow Sam. When falling, use the rope and jump to the right side, next to the waterfall. Go through the caves and you will find yourself near the metal gates. There will be an open area at the top. you there.
Push the cart to help Sam jump over to your side. Then follow Nadine. A little further, she will throw out the tube, rise up and go along the left side. Keep following Sam. Use the rope to move forward and then slide towards the waterfall. Here you need to use the rope to climb up and land in the cave. There will be several soldiers here. Fighting them won’t be a problem. After the battle, go through the blocked cave passage after picking up the wooden log. After you exit, the platform will break, use the rope to slide down and keep going until you come across a mountain. A train will be visible ahead.
Go up to Sam. There you can hook a rope on the tower above which will eventually fall. Now go straight ahead. There will be a cart on the left side, push it, and then use the lever on the right to change direction at the rails. Push this cart towards Sam. Go through the broken hole in the wall, there is a ladder on the right side. Sam gets up first. Get out and push the cart so he can throw the box at it. After that, you must switch the rails after starting the car and leaving it on the right side. Climb onto the cart and Sam will pull you in.
Fight with Orca and his soldiers
Keep moving to the left, use the rope in front. But first, jump over the mountain edge, and then swing on the rope to the left and grab the edge of the wooden house. You can enter through the window. So you got to the railroad. There are a lot of soldiers in this area and, as always, you have two options. You decide. In any case, it will take a long time. Try to pay attention to the bombs. There are also many boxes from which you can get new weapons.
After stripping, go to the helicopter and hook on to it. Climb up until you are at the door. There will be a fight for the tusk with the Orca. After the conversation, Chloe learns that Asav decided to trade the tusk for the bomb.
Chloe decides to stop him, and so Nadine, along with Sam, join her and head to the train to stop Asav from detonating the bomb.
Ninth chapter
Chase the train through rocky terrain. It will be a short trip, during which there will be a shootout with soldiers on motorcycles. Sam will shoot back from them, and you can crash – to save time. Keep moving, avoid obstacles (rocks or trees as they slow you down). Jump right after Nadine jumps on the train. Follow her through the roof.
As soon as you reach the place where you cannot pass, then jump down and move along the left side. As soon as you advance in the compartment, jump out the window with the red cloth. Then go up and see the soldiers ahead. This location has white cisterns that can be used to destroy a large number of enemies. After killing the soldiers, exit the window and climb up. Before using the rope, kill the soldiers in front.
In the next section, I advise you to go slowly and clear one compartment at a time, as there will be soldiers on motorcycles. Try to shoot them through the roof, as this makes you less vulnerable. Use the crane in front to swing. Then there will be soldiers in trucks and in a car. Use the weapon that was picked up from the dead soldiers. There will be a lot of soldiers. After the firefight, use the rope to climb the train.
The fight continues. Go to the roof and hide in cover to shoot back from the enemies. Throw grenades at the trucks to destroy as many soldiers as possible. When you’re done, go ahead and jump into the car, follow the truck and approach it, then use the rope. After all the actions, you can control the machine gun. Shoot at the wooden compartment and by doing so you will break one of the parts of the train. After that, jump forward and move towards the engine. Eventually, there will be a metal door ahead. Open it, Nadine will help you.
Engine
Help Nadine open another metal door ahead. This way you will reach the engine. Turn right to the locked door. Drop down, hang on the right side to reach the roof and door on the top side of the train. Jump onto the jeep on the right after the firefight with the soldiers. Move to the right to get to the switch. Follow Sam and help him push the switch. After the soldiers attack, shoot at the white tanks to stop them. Press the switch and the train will take a different path. Ride to the train and then jump on it.
