Thesis framework is a structure or systematics of writing scientific papers arranged in order to obtain a bachelor’s degree. Before the thesis is written, students must first compile the outline. This plays a role at least as a guide in writing the thesis as a whole later.

Actually there are various versions of how to form a good and correct thesis framework. I will describe only the most common forms without neglecting some of the basic elements that must be involved.
This post will explain and explain the challenges of a good and correct thesis framework through examples. The framework presented is a research framework in the social science field , both quantitative and qualitative. The two approaches have a similar but different framework structure.

First of all, I will describe the thesis framework in quantitative research first, then the thesis framework in qualitative research. The two structures of the framework are deliberately presented at the beginning so that the reader gets an idea of what the framework looks like and where the similarities and differences are.

If we look closely, the two frameworks are very similar in the structure of the authorship of chapters and subsections. The difference lies in the literature review section or chapter II. Quantitative research generally presents a research hypothesis. This hypothesis appears in chapter II of the thesis.
As is well known, the thesis proposal structure only consists of a temporary title page up to Chapter III of the methodology plus a bibliography. The whole will later become a complete thesis framework. Also read: Example Thesis Proposal
Before I step into the explanation of the thesis framework above, keep in mind that the example above is a standard example. Other versions are of course available and searchable out there. My message is to make a framework according to the needs of the researcher. This is especially true in sub-chapter authorship.
Explanation and how to make a thesis framework
TITLE PAGE , write a simple title and represent the substance of the thesis.
PREFACE , usually contains gratitude and gratitude, as well as a glimpse of the topic and structure of the thesis.
CONTENTS , a list of chapters and sub-chapters of the thesis as a guide for readers to find the page they are looking for
ABSTRACT , the whole substance of the thesis is in a very concise version.
CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION
- Background, contains the theoretical and contextual explanation of why the research theme was chosen.
- Problem Formulation, contains research questions based on research problems written in the background.
- Research Objectives, contains an explanation of what the benefits are obtained by answering the research questions raised.
- Research Benefits, information about the benefits obtained by related parties after the research is complete.
CHAPTER II LITERATURE REVIEW
- Literature Review, critical reviews of the results of studies that are relevant and have been done before.
- Conceptual boundaries, containing definitions of terms used by referring to existing literature.
- Theoretical Framework, contains existing theoretical approaches in discussing the research problems raised.
- Hypothesis, in the form of assumptions or temporary conclusions of the research to be tested. Hypotheses usually appear in quantitative research.
CHAPTER III METHODOLOGY
- Research methods, the approach used and how the research was carried out.
- Data collection techniques, how the research data is obtained.
- Data analysis techniques, how the data processing process is applied.
CHAPTER IV DISCUSSION
- Description of Research Results, research findings are described descriptively.
- Analysis of Research Results, the research findings were explained analytically.
- Discussion, researchers discuss in writing the results of their research with the results of other studies that appear in Chapter II of literature review.
CHAPTER V CLOSING
- Conclusion, the essence of the overall research results. Sometimes it includes policy advice or recommendations.
- Advanced Research Agenda, opportunities related to themes that have not been discussed in depth in the research so that they can be suggested as further research.
