Standoff 2 , along with CS:GO and Warface , is one of the most popular shareware first-person shooters with many competitive modes, a large arsenal of weapons and realistic physics (for bullets, character movement, and so on). In 2017, the game appeared on smartphones with support for the Android OS, and in 2018 it made its way to iOS.
Ranks in competitive shooters are the main way to rank players for further matchmaking. With their help, the creators of such titles push together gamers of approximately the same skill: veterans fight veterans, middle peasants fight middle peasants, and so on. Of course, everyone can create a new account and start from scratch, while having high skills, but usually such fun is rare and does not last long, as experienced players simply lose all interest.

How to quickly upgrade your rank
The player receives the first rank of Bronze 1 after ten matches played, regardless of their result. As soon as you complete the calibration, you can go to your profile and find out how much MMR you managed to earn. Their current number will also be shown after each match played.
MMR is calculated in an unusual way: the stronger the opponent (the greater the difference in MMP points between you and your opponent), the more points you will earn, and vice versa. And if you have more points and you lose to an opponent with a lower rank, the more MMR you will lose from your rating. By killing a weak opponent, you will earn practically nothing.
In principle, to quickly increase the rank, it is enough to be a team player and help your team achieve victory as often as possible. This is the main condition and the main way to level up the rank. K/D and MVP stars fade into the background.
At the same time, if you “stand in one place” for a long time, getting one rank, losing it and returning it, the system will take into account such a fact and it will be difficult for you to increase the rank without a strong improvement in statistics. Therefore, many players in such cases are advised to create new accounts.
