Sardine pate

cans of preserved sardines
400 g cream cheese
1/2 yellow pepper
1 red onion
100 ml of cream
Chopped coriander
Zest and lime juice
Salt and pepper
Lime or lemon slices for garnish

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Open the sardine cans and drain them very well. Peel the onion, chop it and pour it into a bowl. Clean the seed pepper, cut it into cubes and put it in the bowl.
  2. Add the sardines, cheese, cream, zest and lime juice, chopped coriander, salt and pepper and wrap everything very well. Rectify the seasonings and serve decorated with a slice of lime or lemon.
