- Open the sardine cans and drain them very well. Peel the onion, chop it and pour it into a bowl. Clean the seed pepper, cut it into cubes and put it in the bowl.
- Add the sardines, cheese, cream, zest and lime juice, chopped coriander, salt and pepper and wrap everything very well. Rectify the seasonings and serve decorated with a slice of lime or lemon.
