When you have guests it is right to welcome them in the best way, and a fresh cocktail with SanThè Sant’Anna is ideal on warm summer evenings. The heat, you know, makes you lose many liquids and our body needs to be hydrated. Below, we offer you a drink with a rich taste, suitable as an aperitif before dinner .

The preparation of the Midsummer Punch cocktail  takes little time and a lot but a lot of summer fruit! Very simple in its realization and with a fresh and delicate flavor, guests will very much like this thirst-quenching cocktail that can be served together with fruit covered with dark and / or white chocolate, or with light canapes with olive pesto and cherry tomatoes.

If there are also very young children with you, we give you an idea that he might like! Pour the decaffeinated SanThè Sant’Anna into a glass similar to yours and decorate it with fruit as you will do for yours. Children like to imitate adults and will certainly appreciate.

  • 600 ml of lemon flavored SanThè Sant’Anna
  • 300 ml of water
  • 300 ml of orange juice
  • 300 ml of pineapple juice
  • 300 ml of Ginger Ale
  • ice cubes to chop to taste
  • 125 gr of sugar
  • slices of fruit to taste (pineapple, lemon, apple, orange …) to taste
  • sprigs of mint to decorate to taste
  • long toothpicks for skewers to taste

In a saucepan, stir the water and sugar over low heat until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Once cooled, filter the water and sugar to avoid residues of sugar grains in a rather large carafe or in a large and above all tall round container.
Adding, always taking care to mix, the fruit juices and the SanThè Sant’Anna with lemon taste very cold. Finally add the fruit cut into small pieces or slices (the size will depend on your taste) in the quantity you want and a few ice cubes to cool.
When it’s time to serve the cocktail, use tall tumblers half filled with crushed ice, add the ginger ale in equal parts and finally the punch until the glass is almost completely filled.
Decorated with mint sprigs and a mixed fruit skewer to rest on the edges of the glass. The cocktail is ready!
