Papers & Examples of Writing

Paper or paper preparation cannot be done flexibly. There is a basic structure as the rule. Of course, the basic structure is not detailed to its technical completeness, but is limited to its principles.

What is the strategy for preparing a paper according to the rules of writing structure? This article is written to answer that question. Papers are scientific papers. Therefore, we cannot escape scientific writing principles, including when producing products in the form of papers.

How to Make Papers

Preparation of papers

First we look at the order, which is as follows:

  • Cover
  • Foreword
  • table of contents
  • Introduction Chapter
  • Chapter discussion
  • Closing Chapter
  • Reference

The above systematics is a systematic arrangement of standard papers. In other words, a simplified version of the paper. This version meets the basic principles standard, from which the authors of the paper can develop their own.

The following is an explanation of each section:

We can start compiling it from the cover page or cover. On this page, the paper title and the author’s identity are displayed. In addition, also the identity of the agency that is the affiliation of the paper writer. Not infrequently, cover pages include the logos of agencies and publishers if possible. In principle, the cover is the face of the paper. The content of the paper is represented by the title.

Next is the introduction sheet . It should be noted here, you can also precede it with an offering page if the paper you are writing is presented by a person who you need to write on the paper. But the offering sheet is not mandatory. The part that is better written is a preface that leads the reader to the content of the paper you are writing.

Foreword Papers

Next is the table of contents . This section does not need to be described in detail. You are familiar with the table of contents. Each book contains a table of contents which acts as a navigator for reading the book or paper.

After the table of contents, then we enter the contents section. In this section, there are three standard sequences. Consists of an introduction, discussion and closing. The introduction is always in front and the cover is always behind.

What are the contents? Before getting into technical instructions, we need to understand their purpose first. The introduction is written to provide the reader with a written problem setting. A paper is an academic work of research results. What is researched, must be indicated by the author in the introduction.

Discussion is the result of analysis or research findings. These findings are discussed by the authors. The analysis process gave birth to research findings. The results of the analysis are the essence of the discussion section.

Meanwhile, the closing section is relatively easy to understand. This section contains a collection of short paragraphs that form the conclusions of the research results. Readers who do not have much time can usually find out the essence of a written paper by reading the concluding section.

After we understand the purpose, we just need to adjust the writing technique. We can write about the setting of research problems in the background. Besides that, we can also express it through the formulation of the problem which is the origin of the research question formulation.

At this point, we can write an introductory section consisting of the background, problem formulations and research questions. Not infrequently in social science, problem formulations already contain research questions, so just one can be chosen.

Systematics writing part of the discussion is very dependent on the results of the analysis or findings, and how we want to convey them in this chapter. The discussion section can even be made into several chapters on its own. Again, it depends on how we want to convey the results of our research.

The concluding part is a conclusion. Not infrequently, paper authors add a conclusion section with policy recommendations when the theme of the paper they write is related to policy problems.

Apart from policy recommendations, this section can also be filled with critical notes, namely the author’s reflections on the research findings.

The last is the reference or bibliography section . This section also does not need to be discussed in detail because the reader is very familiar.

If the author has a list of documents that he wants to attach, for example in the form of photos or other documents. After the reference can be added attachments.

The preparation of papers written here is in accordance with the standard basic principles of paper writing. Don’t be afraid to develop sections in each section. As long as the purpose of writing is met, it doesn’t matter.
