The iMac belongs to a series of computers designed and manufactured specifically by apple inc . It is oriented to the domestic market and all its models are distinguished by the fact that the CPU and the monitor or display are integrated into a single unit.

The first model was presented in 1998, from there the saga has always surprised with various designs, all of them signed by Jonathan Iva, a renowned industrial designer.

Evolution iMac G3 to iMac X core

The first of these models was launched on the market under the name of iMac G3 on January 7, 2002. There are 16 versions of this model, the first of which had a 233 MHZ G3 processor and a CD ROM optical drive until the last of they with 700 MHZ of processor, 384 Mb of RAM, 40 GB of hard disk and DVD-CDRW drive. These were the cutting edge machintosh models that did not include a floppy disk drive and included USB ports .
