Dark Slimes, not to be confused with the regular Green Slime enemies you encounter in your first loop, is one of the rarer enemies in Loop Hero.
You’ve probably encountered them a few times if you’ve been playing the game for a while, but trying to make them appear on purpose will take a bit of planning on your part.
The first step is to create a goblin camp on the map. This can be done by placing a total of 10 Rock or Mountain tokens on the map. After placing your 10th card, a Goblin Camp should appear.
Then you have to destroy the goblin camp just as a new day begins, and a goblin appears in the camp and is about to go out to the adjacent square. You’ll need an Oblivion card for this, so unless you already have one on hand, keep playing until you get one.
Once you’ve got it, make sure to wait until the new day is about to begin and then Oblivion’s camp just as the goblin is about to leave. Instead of a Goblin facing you in battle as you walk past the tile, a Dark Slime will appear.
It is much more difficult than normal Slimes, but it is still quite easy to disassemble. He is also considered a cosmic enemy who has a chance to drop fragments of time if you are looking to farm astral orbs.
