Thus, each time it receives a notification, it analyzes it, and if it detects one from WhatsApp, it will process it and send a response message through the notification itself. Therefore, this app does not directly enter your WhatsApp account, being quite secure.
The basic version has some functions that are very interesting, such as scheduled replies being made only to specific contacts. And of course you can choose which automatic response message is sent.
If you see that it falls short, there is a paid version for 14.99 euros for a single payment that gives you some additional functions such as choosing the time when these automatic responses are sent.
But for the normal use that we give both personally and professionally, the free version is usually more than enough and it will not be necessary to make any payment.
How to use quick responses on WhatsApp
If you use WhatsApp Business for your business, a simple alternative without third-party apps can be to learn how to use quick responses in WhatsApp .
To establish these quick answers, the steps to follow are these:
- In the WhatsApp Business app, tap on the menu with three vertical dots and go to More Options
- Go to Business Tools>Quick Responses
- Click on the add icon
- Tap Message and type the message you want to set as a quick reply
- Tap Shortcut to type your quick reply shortcut
- Click on Save
To send one of these quick replies, the easiest way is to type the backslash / in the message box . All the quick responses that you have configured in the application will appear there. You will only have to choose the one you want to send at that moment and it will be sent without having to write the entire message.
Another option to access this type of response is to press the Attach button and then choose Quick Responses. Choose the answer you want and send it to your contacts.
