To download the files extracted from B1 Online Archiver to your PC, all you have to do is click on the icon with the blue arrow located next to their name. If you have not made any changes to the default browser settings, the files contained in the compressed archive will be automatically saved in the Downloads folder on your computer.
The documents will then be automatically deleted from the service’s servers within a few days. If you prefer, you can still delete them at the moment by clicking on the click here link located at the bottom right.

Another good service that you can rely on to open a RAR file online is Unzip-online.com . It is free and supports both RAR archives and ZIP archives of 200MB or less in size. Like B1 Online Archiver, it works with all major web browsers and operating systems, without requiring software installation on your computer. Furthermore, the documents uploaded to the service are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Put it to the test now and you will see that you will not regret it.
To use Unzip-online.com , connected to the main page of the service and click on the Uncompress files button , then on the Open file / Choose file button to select the RAR archive to extract and then press again on uncompress files to start the actual procedure.
Then wait for the file to be processed (the duration of the thing will depend on the weight of the selected archive) and click on the names of the extracted elements to download them to your PC. Even then, if you have not made any changes to the prevented settings of the web browser you are using, the downloaded files will be saved in your computer’s Downloads folder.

This is another online service used for this purpose, free, very practical and also quite efficient. It supports not only RAR files but also various other compressed archive formats like ZIP, 7Z, TAR etc. It’s free and has no restrictions on the maximum file size you can upload.
You ask me how to use it? It’s very easy, I’ll tell you right away. First, connect to the home page of the service and press the Select rar file to open button to select the compressed archive saved on your computer that you want to decompress. If the archive is on Dropbox , you can pick it up directly from there by clicking the relevant button.
After completing the above steps, the decompression procedure will start and you can then download the files individually and locally within the archive by clicking on the Save button that you find corresponding to their names, while to download the files all together you have to press the Save All button located at the top. The output files will be saved to your computer’s Downloads folder (provided you have not made any changes to the default browser settings.
You can also decide to save the files in the compressed archive on Dropbox, by clicking on the button with the adjacent arrow (to download them individually) or at the top (to download them all) and choosing the name of the service from the proposed menu. If you want to preview the files before proceeding with the download, click on the Preview button and that’s it.

Archive Extractor is also a service that deserves consideration for what concerns the possibility to open files in RAR format directly from the browser window. In fact, it is a Web resource that allows you to extract files in RAR, ZIP, 7Z, ZIPX, RAR, TAR, EXE, DMG, ISO, MSI, NRG, GZ, CAB, BZ2, WIM, ACE and other 54 types of archives without requiring registration. It also supports password-protected and multi-volume archives (ie those split into several parts). The upload can be performed both from the computer and from the web or, again, through the supported cloud storage services.
To use it, connected to its home page , click on the Choose file from computer button and select the archive in RAR format saved on your PC that you want to decompress. Alternatively, you can drag it directly into the browser window, at the entry or drag the selected file here… .
If, on the other hand, the compressed archive you intend to unzip is online or archived on Google Drive or Dropbox , you can upload it directly from there by selecting the corresponding link. In the case of the URL you will have to provide the relative link, while for what concerns the cloud storage services you will first have to log in with your data and then you will have to select the file.
When the operation is completed (the duration of the procedure depends on the size of the selected RAR archive), if you have selected a password-protected file, type the unlock key in the box that opens and click on the OK button .
Wait, therefore, for the list with all the files contained in the archive to be shown and click on the name of each of them to download them to your computer. If you have not made any changes to your browser settings, the files will be saved in the Downloads folder on your PC. I would like to point out that there is also a button to download all the files at the same time, but only in the form of a ZIP archive, which I believe will frustrate its usefulness (at least taking into account your current needs).
Funzip
None of the services to open an online RAR file that I have already told you has convinced you and are you looking for some other powerful tool to turn to? So do this: try Funzip now . This is an online application that allows you to unpack RAR and ZIP archives in a simple, fast and secure way. Unlike the solutions I have already told you about, it supports files with a maximum size of 400 MB and also all the downloaded elements are removed from the company’s servers in a short time, automatically.
To use it, connected to the main page of the service and click on the box in the center to select and load the RAR file to decompress. Alternatively, drag your compressed archive directly to the center of the page, on the word Drop files here or click to upload .
Once this is done, your compressed archive will be unpacked (the duration of the procedure depends on the size of the selected RAR archive) and all the files that make it up will be shown to you in correspondence with the Results tab always attached to the service page. To download them individually to your computer, click on their names. If you have not made any changes to the browser’s default settings, it will be saved in the Windows or macOS Download folder.

- 7-Zip( Windows ) – this is a very famous and highly appreciated software, considered by most as one of the best free alternatives to the aforementioned WinRAR. It has a very minimal user interface, but it is able to perform very well its function of compressing and decompressing compressed archives, RAR included.
- The Unarchiver( macOS ) – free Mac-specific application that allows you to extract any file from compressed archives in RAR format (and more) simply by double-clicking on it. Note that it also supports password-protected and multi-part archives.
