How to know what is our current consumption in R Cable

It is always good to know how much we have consumed of our rate, since this way we will have better control over what we spend. Obviously if we have unlimited calls and gigabytes we do not need this service, but it is important for all other modalities. That’s why we tell how you can make up, if you have hired telephony services with the operator R .

As is normal, we can keep track of everything spent in the month, both in terms of data and calls. We will control all those calls we have made, knowing first-hand all the information that may be relevant to us. In addition, we will see how many GB of our rate we still have available to spend, lest we go overboard.

Combos

From the R operator we have the possibility to configure ourselves what suits us best from the offer they have for us or we can choose the already predetermined combos that it has, where we will combine the fiber optic Internet connection at the same rate, everything regarding our smartphone and television.

Within these combos we have 3 options with the offers that exist at the time of writing this article:

  • Unlimited 500 + GB sen combo : includes 100 MB of internet for one year (500 MB during the first year), unlimited calls and 50 GB of data (unlimited the first year) and Leisure TV. All this for 9 euros for 3 months. After that time the rate will cost 59 euros per month.
  • Unlimited 500 + GB combo : in this case the cable connection offers 100 MB (500 during the first year), unlimited calls and 50 GB of data (unlimited the first year) and Leisure TV (one year of Total TV). For 3 months they will only charge us 9 euros and after this time the price becomes 63 euros.
  • Combo 500 total + unlimited GB lines : the best of the combos offers us a 100 MB cable connection (500 during the first year), unlimited calls and GB for two telephone lines and Leisure TV (one year of Total TV). We also have 3 months at 9 euros and then we will pay 77 euros for 24 months.

Currently they offer us to buy a Samsung Galaxy A51 that increases all the rates, even the months in promotion, by 10 euros, just the cost of the terminal in installments.

Mobile

We have two possibilities to contract only the service for our mobile phone.

  • In the first option they offer us unlimited calls and 10 GB of monthly data to spend, with a price of 10 euros per month.
  • In the second option we continue to maintain unlimited calls , but this time the data goes up to 30 GB , all for 16 euros per month.

Check consumption

Once we have everything contracted with R, it is time to know what our consumption is, so as not to exceed the limit that we could have.

It is highly recommended that you download the R application , which you can get for the two main operating systems such as Android and iOS. You can find it in each of their respective stores, App Store and Google Play Store .

Data

If we want to check the consumption of our data in real time, it is as simple as following these steps within the R Cable app:

  • We enter the customer area .
  • Next we must go to mobileR and then to Flat rate data consumption .
  • Once there, we will be able to see the data consumed so far and that spent on wificlientes, in addition to the details of our rate.

If you prefer, you can always contact customer service so that they can tell you how much data consumption you have, something that we will explain a little later.

Calls and TV

If you need to know if you have any type of expense for your calls or the television services that R provides, you can do so from its mobile phone application, as follows:

  • We go to the customer area .
  • We entered mobileR .
  • Now find Consumption since the last invoice .
  • Here you will have information about the consumption of your telephone lines, the expenses that you could have on television, accumulated data since the last invoice and a graph as a summary of what was spent.

This section is not updated in real time, since it takes a while to update it. The update times are as follows:

  • Every 6 hours , television expenses, landline calls and SMS messages are updated.
  • Every 24 hours the mobile data consumption is updated.
  • Roaming can take up to a week to update your data .

It is important to know that R’s billing cycle runs from the 22nd to the 21st of the following month.

Bills

To view and also download R Cable invoices, we must follow a few simple steps within the client area of its website:

  • Once we are in this area, we must put our username and password to access.
  • Now we are going to click on the place where it says Invoices .
  • In this place we will have access to all the receipts and we can download them in PDF format on our computer or simply make a preview .

We can access all this information from the R Cable app in the same way, that is, by searching for Invoices. It also allows us to download them to our smartphone in PDF format or simply see them on the screen.
