Download and install ffmpegX from their homepage. Run the program after installation.

Click “File”, then “Open” and select the file. AVI you want to use.

Click the “Filters” tab at the top of the program and then select the subtitle file from where it is on your computer.

Click the “Encode” button in the program and those two files will be put together and the movie now have subtitles.
