From a mobile
In order to change your username using your mobile phone, you must first have the application downloaded and installed on your phone. Then, you are going to go to the meeting that you have scheduled , once you are here, you must go to the option that says participants. When you are among the participants, you must look for yourself in the option that says me . Immediately, you will notice that the option to edit name will appear, so you will proceed to click here. Next, you will place the name that you want to appear in the video call, when you place it you click Ok and automatically your name has been changed.
However, if you are not in the meeting, you can change it in two ways . One is before you join the meeting. You will see the option to change your name and then you will enter the meeting ID. The other way would be, through the account settings, which is by entering your app and then going to the settings, so you will notice that under your profile picture; your name appears and the option to change it. So, they will proceed to touch this option, and you will start typing the name that you want to appear in the meetings.
Change user account name from computer
Now, if you decide to do it from your computer, you have two ways to do it , one is to enter your website and log in to your account. Another would be to download the Zoom application for PC, after this, you can do the same steps that we do with the cell phone. But, if you are going to do it without entering the account, you must go to the configuration and then go to your profile. Next, where your name is, you must proceed to click on edit and that’s it.

In Zoom, there is not yet the function to permanently modify your name, since it can be edited as many times as you want .
