How to Change MyCareer Membership in NBA 2K22
First of all, you can join four different affiliations in The City: Beasts of the East, North Side Knights, South City Vipers, and Western Wildcats. You will automatically join one of the four when you start My Career mode for the first time.
If you are not satisfied with the group in which it has been placed, you can change it at any time. The problem is, you will lose any progress you have made with your current membership. this means your rep will revert to Pro level 1, so think carefully before switching.
Go to town hall
To change your affiliation, go to the town hall of the faction you want to join. They will all be clearly marked on your map. Talk to the guards and select Affiliate Transfer Request. Town halls should have two guards that look like the ones in the image below.
The game will transfer you and you can move around the city within your new faction while accessing their affiliate-themed lands.
