LetsView

LetsView is a very useful free resource that offers the possibility of mirroring the screen of your Android device on your computer, with the advantage of supporting high resolution display. Besides, it is not only able to show iPhone screen on PC, but also integrates Miracast and AirPlay functions. While reflecting, you can easily write on the screen in real time, capture screenshots and record videos in MP4 format with high quality. Before using LetsView, you need to download the dedicated client both on your Android device and on your PC, and make sure that both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. The desktop client also generates a QR code and a PIN code which can be used to connect devices, by accessing the LetsView phone app by scanning the QR code or entering the PIN. Once connected, your smartphone screen will instantly mirror to a Windows 10 window.

Vysor

A great alternative to cast your smartphone screen on is Vysor . First, you need to download and install the Vysor app on your Android smartphone . Next, on Google Chrome on your PC, you need to install the Vysor extension by opening the Apps list in Chrome . Start Vysor and press the “Find Devices” button to select your phone. If your phone is not detected, you will need to install the ADB drivers on Windows as mentioned on the first page of the app.

Also, you need to turn on the USB debugging option from the developer menu on your Android phone. To access the developer menu, go to “ Settings ” > “ About phone ”, scroll down until you find “ Build number ” and tap several times consecutively until you see the “ Developer options ” menu message. Then go to “ Settings ” > “ Developer options ” and enable USB debugging . Connect your phone to your computer via the USB cable.

Once the phone is detected, simply click on its name to create the connection and display the smartphone screen on the PC. On your phone, a pop-up may appear to confirm your computer access. If it does not appear, you can try again by disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable, or turn off the media transfer connection options.

From the Vysor home screen, you can choose the auto connect option which shows the phone screen as soon as it connects to the computer. This way, you can operate your phone from your PC desktop in real time, using your mouse and keyboard to open and interact with applications.

Mirror

An alternative method of making a connection between your smartphone and your PC is to get a real-time view of your phone screen on your computer desktop (Windows, Mac or Linux), without the ability to use your phone directly from computer. This type of connection can be made without using a USB cable, but only requires that a Wi-Fi connection be established between the devices.

To make this connection, you need to download and install a specific application on your smartphone, such as ApowerMirror for example . The application allows you to view your phone screen directly on your PC, in real time, and easily take screenshots or video recordings of what you see on your phone screen. However, many of the advanced features of ApowerMirror are only available with the purchase of the premium version of the app.
