Office Home and Business 2021

Its price is 10.50 euros per month per user. These prices do not include VAT and the annual subscription is automatically renewed. Includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher (PC only) and Access (PC only), plus other Microsoft services.
Microsoft 365 Business Premium
Microsoft 365 Business Premium is a plan for companies looking for secure remote work solutions that include all of the above and advanced protection against cyber threats, as well as device management. Includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher (PC only), and Access (PC only). Its price is 16.90 euros per month VAT not included.
It is the most complete plan for companies that want to take full advantage of Microsoft services and also want to guarantee their security to the maximum, taking into account that computer threats are the order of the day and often affect many companies.
Microsoft 365 applications
This plan is priced at 8.80 euros per month per user, VAT not included. It is ideal for companies that want to have Office apps on different devices and file storage in the cloud. Includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher (PC only), and Access (PC only). In this case, Microsoft Teams and business email are not included.
Cancellation and permanence
If you want to cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription, you have to log in to the manage page with the same account that you used to purchase your subscription. If you see Activate recurring billing instead, the subscription will expire on the date indicated by the subscription without you having to do anything else, since it is not activated and the service will not be renewed unless you request it. The process is not the same in business plans, so we will tell you how to do it in each case.
The service itself has no permanence, since you can cancel it whenever you want. If you use the monthly payment, they will charge you every month, but if you access the annual payment, you will pay in a single installment all year, so the “permanence” would be annual. You would not have to pay anything more to unsubscribe because you will be doing it according to your subscription. Although this is probably not the case for you, it is good to know that in Israel you can cancel the subscription with periodic billing immediately and receive a prorated refund for the time you have not enjoyed the service.
How to unsubscribe from Microsoft 365 Personal and Family
If you want to deactivate the service now, in Manage , you will have to click Cancel or Update or Cancel , whatever you see in your case. Follow the instructions on the page to proceed with the cancellation.

- Find your subscription and select manage.
- Give to update or Cancel subscription.
- Click Cancel subscription.

Cancel Microsoft 365 for business
If you have less than 25 licenses assigned to users, you can cancel your subscription for paid companies or online trial at any time in the Microsoft 365 Administration Center. If you have 25 or more users, you can reduce them to less number or call technical support to guide you in canceling your subscription.
You have to be a global or billing administrator to be able to do so. If you have your own domain to use for your subscription, you must delete it before canceling. The first thing you should do is go to the administration center . To access it, you have to log in to admin.microsoft.com with your administrator account. Select the application launcher icon in the upper left corner and choose Administrator.
From there the steps are as follows :
- Go to billing

- Find your subscription.
- Select the three points for more actions.
- Click Cancel subscription.

Check subscription status
If you want to check the status of your subscription, you will have to go to your services and there you will see what your subscription is and right next to it will appear the date on which it expires, when it has expired or what is your situation with them. Also, if you click on manage, you will be able to see your billing history with date, order, paid with and amount. You can do what you want knowing this information.

Stop automatic billing
If you want to stop the automatic billing of your subscription so that it is canceled once it ends, taking advantage of the time you have left without having to worry about when is the day you have to cancel it or for fear of forgetting it and having to continue paying for all you have to do is go to Services and subscriptions. Log in with your email and password for the account associated with the service.
On the Services and subscriptions page, you find the plan you have contracted and then you go to manage. If you see the option to Turn off recurring billing , just choose it to stop recurring billing . If you see the option to cancel , choose it and follow the steps to cancel your subscription, with the possibility of obtaining a refund for the time you do not use it. If you opt for this last refund option (if it lets you), the subscription will be canceled immediately, otherwise it is like stopping automatic billing since you will continue to have access to your subscription until it expires.
If you see that Activate recurring billing appears, you do not have to do anything, since it is already deactivated. The service will stop working when the billing period ends. If you see Paid with or None instead of the other options, you don’t have to do anything either as it will end on the specified date.
For businesses , in the admin center, go to the Billing page and then Your products. Choose the subscription and on the Subscription details page you go to Subscription and payment settings and select Edit recurring billing. In Edit the periodic billing settings, you give the option Activated, Activated but renew once or Deactivate. In this case, disable . Give to save.
Change payment method
If you have a Microsoft subscription with periodic billing, you can change the payment method whenever you want, as well as cancel or deactivate periodic billing. All you have to do is sign in to services and subscriptions using the same Microsoft account for the service you want to change.
Find the subscription and go to Manage. You will have to click Change the payment method. If it does not appear, it means that periodic billing is not activated, so you will not be able to change it, since the subscription has been paid and will end on the expiration date. If there is something that you have not paid for, you can click Pay now.
When you select Change the payment method you will see the payment options with which you have, choose the one that interests you and if you cannot find one, click on Add a new payment method and follow the instructions from Microsoft. If you receive an error message, you will have to check with your bank.
If you want to use a prepaid subscription code , the first thing you have to do is deactivate the periodic billing that you already have and when it expires you can use it to Redeem a code or gift card. In this type of subscription you cannot change the payment method. You can do this by purchasing a new subscription when it expires.
If you have a business plan , to change the payment method you must go to the Microsoft 365 Administration Center. From there, you will select Billing and Payment Methods. You will see the credit cards. If you want to edit one, select the three points and click on edit. Write your security code and change what you need. Give to save. If you want to add a new card, click Add or Select a payment method, choose the one you want to use from the list and write the details. Then add and that’s it.
Solve problems
If you go to Services and Subscriptions and you do not see the Manage option to cancel or deactivate recurring billing, or you have a problem with the administration center or any of its functionalities, you will have to speak to Microsoft’s technical support service. However, before doing so, we recommend that you do one of the following checks :
- The account you have logged in to is the one you used to buy the subscription, if not, try to identify yourself in it. If you enter the administration center, check that you have the corresponding permissions and do it with the appropriate account.
- If you see Activate recurring billing, it is because it is not activated. In this case, the subscription will expire on the date indicated by the subscription without you having to do anything else. If you want to continue renewing it, you will have to activate.
- Check if you have to update a payment method because it has expired, you have changed cards, etc. Also make sure you have paid for everything before canceling the service.
