First of all let’s try to understand what the ClasseViva register concretely is to have a precise idea of ​​what we will discuss in the next lines. This term defines efficient software that digitizes public documents in order to eliminate unnecessary costs for schools.

You’re probably wondering how software like this works, right? The teacher, parent or student can access the ClasseViva software from their PC , smartphone or web browser , simply register on the main platform and once logged in with the personal code take a look at the virtual register.

Differences between the ClasseViva Electronic Register for Students and Parents

Although the digital register may seem unique for everyone, in reality, to access it you need to have a personal code that changes depending on the end user. In fact, the access code for a student is different from that of the parent . The software allows you to create up to 3 accounts for each student , while there are only 2 for parents . The program divides students and parents based on letters: G , X and S.

All student personal codes always begin with the letter S , while for parent 1 the initial is G , and for parent 2 it is always X. The letters G , X and S are followed by an additional alphanumeric code , for example S9876543V for a student.

If you have a code for students , i.e. one that starts with the letter S , then you should download the ClasseViva Studenti software , while with the codes X and G , for parents , you should download the ClasseViva Famiglia program if you want to access from a mobile device.

Once registered, by entering at the top right you will be able to see the Student’s name with the School Pass (9-digit numeric code) next to it, if it starts with 5 it is the student’s, if it starts with 6 or 7 it means you are connected with a Parent profile.

How to access ClasseViva Studenti

Once we have understood what the ClasseViva digital register is and how it works, you can proceed to access the online platform created for the student or parent. For both parents and students the access methods are very similar , in fact, first of all you need the credentials and then you can use:

Credentials

Usually the student code is distributed in class by the teachers themselves , but the school procedure can also be different and deliver the link directly to the student’s email . Then, open the email program you associated with the school and click/tap on the ClasseViva access link . The Spiaggiari active school login will open and you will have to create a new password . This operation will have the task of generating the student’s personal code .

If the student is of age he can access ClasseViva directly with the SPID , this will speed up the online identification process and will also allow you to access many other Public Administration services , for example the IO app .

The student personal code, which is composed of the initial letter S and is followed by 8 other alphanumeric characters , does not change over time; therefore, try not to lose it and note it down so as not to have to request its recovery.

ClasseViva App

The credentials allow you to have the personal student code, but you will still need a program to take a look at the digital register created. If you prefer to check the register information online from your mobile device, be it a tablet or smartphone, you necessarily need to download the dedicated ClasseViva Studenti application . Fortunately, the application is available on both iOS and Android , so all you need to do is start the download and it will be ready to use in a few seconds.

Once the download is complete, simply launch the App and enter your personal student code in the Username/Email sections, as well as your password. Tap on Login and you will be able to view the virtual register. If you have forgotten your password, to recover it you will necessarily need your PC or web browser, there is no password recovery function in the application.

Web browsers

In addition to the ClasseViva App you can also access the platform with your web browser, whether installed on a smartphone, tablet or PC. However, we recommend using this solution from your computer, as the HTML of the website does not adapt very well to the interface of the phone screen.

To log in you must go to the official Spiaggiari active school website and you will see a screen containing different sections. At the top there are the Personal Code /Email and Password areas , while at the bottom right you will find Enter with SPID and Enter with CIE .

As you can deduce, you will have to enter the data available to you in the dedicated sections and click on the Enter with credentials icon or Enter with SPID if you want to speed up the identification process. Depending on the code entered, S , X or G , you will be directed to the dedicated page, avoiding downloading the application. ClasseViva has also recently added fast access with CIE (Electronic Identity Card), although it is a valid solution, we encountered some problems during access, making us switch to SPID, which is much more effective.

The only precaution is to enter the credentials correctly , given that after 5 failed attempts the profile will be suspended .

How to access ClasseViva Famiglia

If, however, you are a parent and wish to view the digital register you can do so very easily, paying attention to the tool used. Indeed, although the Credentials and personal code are obtained in the same way, i.e. via direct delivery from the school or link via email, the mobile application changes.

We told you in advance that to access the parent register you must download the ClasseViva Family application and not ClasseViva Studenti, you can do this on both iOS and Android . Download the App, install it and enter your personal data ClasseViva Genitori .

On the web browser, however, the procedure is identical to that for Students. After connecting to the official website , you will have to enter your login details and the online platform will direct you to the ClasseViva register for parents. By clicking on the Parents section you can then view: school year , today , teaching , absences , grades , interviews , lessons , agenda , notes , notice board and ballots .

Are you a parent with multiple children who use the ClasseViva electronic register?

Parents with children in the same school or in different schools, all using the ClasseViva electronic register , can simplify the management of their profiles by uniting the different users under a single email and accessing the information with a single login.

To do this, connect with the credentials of the first user and then go to your profile. Add the same email to which the other users will be associated and reset the password. A confirmation email will arrive immediately, asking you to click the link to complete the process. Repeat this process for each child, consolidating their profiles in your PORTFOLIO . Using the app, log out and log in to view the different users. Check the confirmation in your inbox within three days, also paying attention to your SPAM folder.

How to justify your children’s absences, tardies or outings online?

To justify an absence, access the ” Absences ” menu with Parent credentials . On the screen, locate a red G next to the event to be justified (absences, lateness or exits). Click on the G and select the type of justification, adding any annotations.

Attention : check that the Secretariat has enabled online justification. If the feature is not available, the School may not have activated it. To justify from the Classeviva family app, access ClasseViva web > XXXX’s absences and then the ” G ” icon. App-directed justification will be implemented in future releases. If the School uses the “Web booklet” mode for the online justification you will have to follow another procedure explained on the official website, in the Video Tutorial and FAQ section .

How to recover a forgotten password?

Have you forgotten your password to access the electronic register? Make sure you have an email address associated with your account. Visit the ClasseViva home page at the link https://web.spaggiari.eu , click on “ Forgot your password? ” and enter the associated email. The system will return several messages: “ Email address not registered ” requires verification, “ Invalid email address ” indicates typing errors, while “ Operation completed, check your email ” signals success. Access your inbox, click on the link received and customize the new password by meeting the requirements. The new password will replace the previous one .

What should I do if I have lost or my login credentials do not work

If the user or password is incorrect, the system will return the error: “ Error: Incorrect identifier or password “. Follow the correct procedure:

1. Please carefully check the accuracy of your credentials. Re-enter your username and password, paying attention to uppercase/lowercase and special characters. Watch out for possible confusions between letters and numbers, such as I (vowel) and l (elle, consonant), or 0 (zero) and O (uppercase vowel). Check for any unwanted spaces if you are copying and pasting.
2. If the problem persists:
