3. Then select Shared printer by name, enter the shared IP address and printer name, the name is the name of the printer displayed in the print manager, as shown in the following figure;

2. There are several ways to install the printer driver. Here I introduce the three methods I often use.

1) Click the + sign to add a printer device, select automatic search and find, if you can search for the driver, you can install it directly , as shown in the following figure;

2) Select manual search, enter the IP address of the printer, and install the driver directly if the driver can be found. The IP address of the printer can be viewed on the Windows computer that has been connected to the printer, Control Panel – Hardware and Sound – Devices and Printers, right-click on the connected printer and select Properties to find the port TCP/IP The port is the printer’s IP address, as shown in the following figure;

2. Select the manufacturer and model suitable for your printer. If there is no suitable model in the options, use the default model or select a similar model to install the driver and try, as shown in the figure below;
3. After the above three methods of finding the driver and selecting the appropriate driver for installation, the driver settings of the printer are completed, and the test page can be printed for testing, as shown in the figure below;
4. Wait for more than ten seconds for the printer. If the test page can be printed, it means that the driver can be printed, and then select Yes. Select No if the printer does not respond or if the printer fails. Try to reinstall other drivers, as shown below;
5. If the installation can be printed normally, there is a prompt for printing the test page. Sometimes there will be a prompt that the printing is successful, as shown in the following figure;
