Trajectory
Graduated from the Javeriana University of Bogotá , Colombia from 1983 to 1987 , with a postgraduate degree in history and theory of architecture and industrial design from the University of Florence , Italy from 1991 to 1992 .
His works include two social kindergartens for the Department of Social Administration in Bogotá in 2006 , District Educational Center in Lithuania in 2006 , Los Gavilanes in Bogota in 2005 , the Biblioteca España in Medellín in 2005, the Biblioteca Ladera León de Greiff in La Ladera , Medellín in 2007 , the Nazca restaurant in Bogotá in 2004 and the Convention Center and the coliseums that were used in the South American Games in Medellín.
Acknowledgments
In 2006, he received First Prize in the Urban and Landscape Design category at the 10th Venice Biennale. Prize for the best work of Architecture and Urbanism at the VI Ibero-American Biennial 2008, VI BIAU Prize for the best Lisbon Architecture 2006.
