When will Fortnite come out for Android?

Will Fortnite for Android reach more devices?
The list may seem short to some people, but it would be justified in that Epic Games would seek to optimize the game so that it works properly on any smartphone. The minimum requirements seem to be to have a main processor equivalent to a Snapdragon 430, MediaTek MT6737, Exynos 7870 or Kirin 655; while the minimum graphics processor would be equivalent to an Adreno 505 or a Mali-T720. It seems also necessary to have at least 3 GB of RAM.
Under these parameters, if your mobile exceeds these characteristics, you can safely expect that in the future it will be compatible with Fortnite for Android . Even so, Epic Games has shown that it does not mind making users wait, so it may take a long time to receive it … officially. Which brings us to the next question.
How can I download the Fortnite apk for Android officially?
Fortnite for Android will not download from the Play Store . At Epic Games they will choose to offer the game directly from their website. As shown in XDA-Developers , the source code of the website already shows the steps to follow to get the game. In fact, a Reddit user has even managed to extract the screenshots that indicate the installation process:
As you can see in the first image, the developer highlights that it is the same game, with the same gameplay and the same maps, but portable. It also indicates that the download will be done from the browser , which leads to the second image:
In this second screenshot, the need to grant certain permissions for installation is reported, something normal for downloads from outside the Play Store . Basically, it indicates that you have to activate the unknown sources to install Fortnite for Android . Finally, a large Download button will start the download. While we wait for it to hit the Play Store, there are other options in store, such as Battlelands Royale and its easier gameplay .
To keep the game updated , you must follow the same process to install it. It is very interesting that Epic Games opts for this option, although one wonders how they will handle the updates without using the Google store .
