Caelid: In Search of Radahn
To begin with, you should know that you can get to Caelid practically from the beginning of the adventure, although it did not make sense to do it before due to how strong all the enemies that inhabit this area of the map are. In any case, now that you have a level close to 50, it is possible to face the fearsome final boss.
Take a look at the Necrolimbo map; if you pay attention, nothing prevents you from going to the east and crossing one of the several bridges that connect with that kind of reddish desert. You will immediately notice that you have reached the target area, as you will see a huge swamp, as well as a large set of mountains. As always, try to zoom in on the map to locate the pillar icon that allows you to fully reveal it.
It is a very large area full of enemies, dungeons and other places that you can explore, but since we have come here in search of the next boss in the story, we are going to explain how to get there quickly and safely. In the following image we show you the exact location of the bridge that you should look for. Instead of going across, notice the teleportation portal next to it. Interact with him and you will immediately travel inside that castle you see in the background.
If by chance you find the teleportation portal closed, there is another alternative: climb the mountain on the right side of the castle . You will encounter some flying enemies, but you can quickly get past by jumping with the horse. When you reach the mainland you will see a closed door, and next to it a wooden structure with a ladder . Go up it and you will end up on the roofs of the castle. You can carefully drop down until you reach the main courtyard. You will see a giant dog that you are not interested in fighting now. Instead, note the room where a banquet appears to be taking place . You will see a golden icon on the screen that indicates that you are in a safe area, one of those where you cannot attack.
- NOTE: Some users have reported that instead of the banquet, the castle was full of enemies and there is a double mini-boss fight before the celebration. In our case we didn’t have to do it, but in a bonus game that situation did occur. Being two enemies, it is important to use an allied spirit through ashes so that it captures the attention of one of them. The first lasts very little, so it is vital to kill him quickly so that he does not join his partner , a somewhat tougher knight with a shield. Alone with him, there is no better advice than to block his attacks, hit right after, and repeat.
Something special is perceived in the environment when you meet a group of warriors who listen attentively to the speech of their leader. They are preparing for war against Radahn, and you are going to be the protagonist of the battle.
