Communication is an activity that will always take place in everyday life, both communication that takes place between individuals and groups. Communication itself is an activity of delivering messages to build relationships with each other. Where communication is not only done by individuals, but also can take place in an organization or company.

Before discussing the company’s communication system, it is necessary to first understand what is referred to as corporate communication. Corporate communication is an activity in sending messages carried out by company organizations to their relations or bound environment.

In other words, corporate communication is an effort or a way for company organizations to build relationships, both relationships within the company and relationships with the environment outside the company. Relationships that are built both within the company and outside the company are then understood as a communication system within the company.

The communication system in the company itself is a reference for company organizations in running or building relationships for the creation of company goals to be achieved. There are at least two communication systems in the company that must be implemented properly, the two communication systems in the company are:

  1. Internal Corporate Communication

The first corporate communication system is internal corporate communication . This means that corporate communication aims to build good relationships within the company itself, such as creating a good relationship between superiors and employees and between employees who work inside.

Where corporate communication itself also has an interaction role in solving work discipline problems , so that internal corporate communication becomes important so that the company’s sustainability can be guaranteed. It is also intended to create a sense of responsibility for the obligations of each individual in the company.

  1. External Corporate Communication

The second corporate communication system is external corporate communication . This means a company communication that aims to build a good relationship with the environment outside the company.

Where for a company to build a relationship with the public outside the company is an obligation or obligation that must be done.

This can also be a sign of the existence or existence of a company. The same is true with group communication systems , corporate communication with external publics is also needed because a company will not be able to survive on its own, thus requiring relationships with companies and outside communities to continue to survive and achieve the company’s own goals.

Those are the two communication systems in a company that must at least be able to be built by a corporate organization. With the benchmark or foundation of the communication system in the company, the communication that takes place in the course of a company can be directed and in accordance with the objectives.

In addition to the two communication systems within the company, a company communication can also take place through a publication, advertising, promotion, propaganda, conference, collaboration with both companies and with the community as consumers, and so forth.
