Agency bond

Agency Bond , a bond issued by a government agency. These bonds are not fully guaranteed, like treasury bonds and municipal bonds.Agency bonds in no way relate to US Treasury debt securities or municipal bonds. They are issued by agencies such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Sallie Mae, and Federal Housing Credit Banks.
