The science of modern, observational and theoretical cosmology clearly indicates that, at a certain moment, the entire universe was nothing more than a cloud of “smoke” (that is, a highly dense and hot opaque composition). This is one of the indisputable principles of standard modern cosmology.
Scientists can now observe new stars in formation from the remnants of that “smoke”. The stars that illuminate that we see at night were, like the whole universe, of that “smoke” material. God said in the Quran:
“Then he went (His will) to heaven, while I smoke…” [Holy Quran 41:11]
Because the earth and the heavens, above (the sun, the moon, the stars, the planets, the galaxies, etc.) were formed from this same “smoke”, we concluded that the Earth and the heavens were a connected entity. , from this homogeneous “smoke”, they formed and separated from each other. God said in the Quran:
“And those who deny the Faith did not see that the heavens and the earth were a compact whole, and We break them apart…” [Holy Quran 21:30]
Professor Alfred Kroner is one of the world’s well-known geologists. He is a professor in the Department of Geosciences at the University of Mainz, Mainz, Germany. He said:
“Thinking where Muhammad (May peace and blessings be with him) came… I think it’s almost impossible that he could have known about things like the common origin of the universe, because scientists have only discovered, in recent years, with technological methods very complicated and advanced, this is the case. ”
). In addition, he said:
“Someone who didn’t know anything about nuclear physics fifteen hundred years ago, I think, could not be in a position to discover by his own mind, for example, that the earth and the heavens had the same origin.”
