Ximena Samper de Neu. Colombian architect. Her work has been noted for research in urban planning and housing . She is the daughter of the architect Germán Samper Gnecco .

Architect from Universidad de Los Andes , Master in Architecture in Urban Design, Harvard University , Specialist in Urban Design at Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano , Diploma in Strategic Urban Operations Management at Universidad Javeriana , Professor at Universidad de los Andes since 1995 , Director of the Master’s Degree in Habitat Sciences from the Universidad de la Salle.
Professor in postgraduate courses such as Specialization in Planning and Administration of Regional Development -emphasis in urban design, Universidad de los Andes, and urban law of the Javeriana.
She has been President of the SCA Colombian Society of Regional Architects Bogotá and Cundinamarca , Coordinator of the National Habitat Quality Commission SCA PN, Deputy Director of the Department of Design in Esguerra Sáenz y Samper.
In 1995 , together with his father Germán Samper , he set up the firm GX. Samper Architects Ltd.
He has participated in different projects, among which are, Ciudadela Colsubsidio design of parks and green areas, housing complex, Supermarket, Expansion of the Gold Museum, Urban renovation for the first line of the POT metro, housing vis la Felicidad, Expansion of Clara Casas Morales School.
He has been a speaker at different universities and international events.
