Worms Rumble Tips and Tricks

Worms went from being a turn-based tactical game to a hybrid real-time multiplayer action shooter battle royale.

Worms Rumble includes all the heavy stuff like rolling around corners, doing crazy backward jumps, and stylish wall jumps.

We have collected some helpful tips and tricks to keep in mind and to use during your time in the world of Worms battle royale.

Movement is key
Worms Rumble is a fast-paced game and the key here is to be almost always on the move and to pay attention to your surroundings at all times.

Staying on the move has many benefits, including being harder to hit and also reducing the chances of getting hit by a stray blast which is never a pleasant thing.

Roll On!
Match your rolling skill to running to be nearly invisible. You will become much harder to hit and can fight quickly to clean up your enemies.

Rolling requires you to keep an eye on the resistance bar and manage it appropriately. You don’t want to run out of breath in the middle of a fight or on an escape.

Take a breather
Sometimes it’s wise to stop for a quick glance or perhaps to catch someone off guard.

Standing still in a game like Worms can prove to be a double-edged sword as it makes you an extremely easy target to hit but also provides a lot of accuracy so take down an enemy with a few well-placed shots.

Collect Weapons and Abilities
Spawns in Worms Rumble with a pistol, but the biggest and best weapons are hidden on the map.

Hence, you should keep an eye on them and pick them up as they will give you an obvious advantage when facing opposition.

In addition to guns, you can also collect extremely useful skills such as grenades, grappling hooks and jetpacks to further improve your chances of victory.

All of these weapons and skills combine to make Worms Rumble a very satisfying experience.

Grenades can help you take out worm monsters much faster than guns.

Weapon Swapping
You can keep 2 primary weapons in Worms Rumble. This does not include your trusty baseball bat as it always stays with you to help you in dire situations when you run out of ammo.

You can swap weapons by making the weapon wheel appear and highlighting any weapon.

As soon as you let go of the weapon wheel button, your worm will drop any weapon it was carrying before and equip the selected one.

This feature is useful when you want to pick up a weapon from the ground.

If you have an empty slot while grabbing a weapon, your worm will not drop the weapon it is holding.

Different weapons contain different types of ammo, and you can quickly change your current weapon by pressing Triangle.

You should practice the play mechanisms in the training area to get a better grip on everything.

Get well!
You have to heal on the fly in Worms Rumble. Players must find med kits inside the crates to heal themselves whenever they are not in combat. Shields can be replenished using soda cans.

We’ve noticed that green crates usually contain medical kits and soda cans, so watch out for those.

Each player has a half-filled shield at the start, so you should find soda cans and fill it up quickly before entering any lit matches.

It is never a good idea to go into a fight with partially missing health or shield.

You can heal yourself using a Med Kit by pressing and holding the D-Pad. It should be noted that the player can only carry 1 can of Soda at a time.

Soda cans and med kits appear on the left side of your inventory, so always keep this in the loop if you have proper care on yourself.

We hope these tips prove useful as you try to dominate the world of Worms Rumble!
