How to get a specialization and what bonuses does it give?

What should you do in Broadcast Propaganda missions? What can you get as a reward?
To start a mission, you need to go to a special broadcast system and turn it on, having dealt with the security. After you need to protect it from several waves of opponents attacking from different sides. Sometimes the broadcast system will fail and you will have to turn it on periodically.
