We want to do a lot to keep ourselves healthy, but not able to do it. This year why should we not take 10 vows for our health, which should be followed honestly.

As soon as the new year comes, we start making some determination in the mind that in the coming year we will lose weight, focus on our fitness, quit smoking or alcohol or consume more nutritious food etc. According to an estimate, 70 percent of the total population of the world takes a resolution at the beginning of the year. Health related resolutions are the highest among them, but very few people are able to fulfill their resolutions. Try to fulfill whatever resolution you take this year.

Take away the stress of
career and family responsibilities, workload, lack of time, increasing distance between relationships, loneliness and ambitions, most people are facing these situations today. This has greatly increased the level of stress in his life. It is having a negative effect on their physical-mental health and quality of life. Therefore, it is important to start the new year with the resolution that we will not stress on small matters.
