If you don’t want to lose your progress on Candy Crush Saga , the first thing you need to do is create an account on this game, through the procedures that I will show you in the next chapters. This will not help you to recover your progress if you had not already created an account in the past but, in any case, it will allow you to repeat the occurrence of situations like the one you are in now, with all game progress lost.
Sign up for a King account
From whichever platform you are playing Candy Crush Saga , you will be prompted to create a King account to save all your progress, in order to resume from the last level you were playing.
If you are using the app for Android , iOS or Windows 10 , on the main Candy Crush Saga screen , press the gear icon and then select the one with a little man with a crown on his head . In the section you are sent back to, select one of the avatars that are shown to you and type a nickname in the appropriate text field. Then press the Save button and indicate an email address to recover your data, in the corresponding box.
After typing the email address, press the Save button and then, in the Choose password field , enter a password of at least four characters of your choice, then confirming with the End key . Now, select the item Back to the game to complete the operation: by doing so, you will have created a King account, through which all your game data will be synchronized for possible future recovery.
Candy Crush Saga is also available via a web browser , thanks to Facebook’s Gameroom or the game’s official website . While on Facebook you have no problem recovering data, as you are forced to log in with your Facebook account, on the official Candy Crush website you can play as a Guest , saving your progress in the current browser session.
By closing your browser or clearing its cache, you will lose your data. To get them back, in case you want to play on other platforms as well, you’ll need to create a King account. You can also press the Save Your Progress (or You’ve already played on iOS) button on the main screen to do the same.
Once this is done, you will be shown a page through which you will have to log in to Facebook: then enter your login data and press the Continue button as [your name] . Then wait for the upload, so that the synchronization procedure of the game data via Facebook is completed, and that’s it.
Retrieve the levels of Candy Crush Saga
Now that you’ve created a King account or synced your game data with your Facebook profile, it’s time to start the Candy Crush Saga level recovery process , in case you need to reinstall the app or play on different platforms.
Download Candy Crush Saga
If you want to play Candy Crush Saga via the official website , you simply need to have a browser with Flash Player support and activate the plugin in question. For all other platforms, however, you will need to install the dedicated app, which I will talk about in the next paragraphs.

By doing so, the download of the files needed to install the app will start. At the end of the procedure, click on Open to start playing immediately, or tap on its icon on the home screen of the device.
From iPhone and iPad , on the other hand, by tapping on this link , the iOS App Store will start directly in the Candy Crush Saga tab . What you need to do now is to press the Get button and unlock the download and installation of the app via the Face ID, Touch ID or password of the iCloud account. At the end of the procedure, press the Open button to start Candy Crush Saga , or use its icon on the home screen.
If, on the other hand, you want to play Candy Crush Saga via a PC equipped with Windows 10 , the operation you need to perform is really simple: reach this link to access the Microsoft Store with your web browser, then press the Install / key . play and click Open Microsoft Store , in the box that is shown to you at the top.

Log in via Facebook

Alternatively, press the Save your progress (or Have you already played on iOS) button located in the center of the main screen.
At this point, log in to Facebook, if you have never logged in to this social network on your device, and press the Continue button as [your name] . If you are already logged in, you simply have to wait for the data to sync.
